Unfortunately, we’ve had to switch pediatricians. There is nothing wrong with Dr Chang, but his front desk, manned by different women at different times, could not seem to keep things straight or even understand that my little boy had an existing file there. When I called to make an appt, I would specifically it was a routine or follow-up but then when I got there, they’d have a new file started for him, without asking me. They did this two or three times, and we only had a handful of visits! Now, they are trying to bill me for an office visit that we had in spring of 2014 because they say my insurance declined. Well, they keep trying to run it on my new insurance, even though I have told them over and over it was under my old insurance. I even sent them files with the old insurance info, which they didn’t use. I just received a bill indicating they tried to bill my new insurance again… and it was declined. This is beyond irritating at this point. I’m sure i’s all because they cannot seem to locate my son’s original file so built him a new one… again. I hope this isn’t because my son is one of the only non-Korean kids that go there but I can’t help but feeling like it may be. :-/ Won’t be back.

My experience with Dr Cho is horrible. He’s unpolite & unpatient. He doesn’t care about patients, and seems not professional at all. If you can only speak Korean, you might not have a lot of other choices; otherwise, find someone else.

He is a very honest doctor who has lots of experiences. You can trust him 100%! Also he would treat kids with respect and love. I’ve been to many different pediatricians since we moved around a lot, but He is the one we turn into when we really need a help. Strongly recommend him!
