I lived here and this place was a horrible experience, especially for someone whose first moved out. The managers were very fair and nice, but the landlord was a racist money hungry ass! If you didn’t put your parking permit up, he’d slap a fat orange sticker the size of a notepad on the glass of your car and to this day (3 years later) it still has residue on my glass from the sticker despite many car washes. Also, I was late with rent b/​c I accidentally gave him the wrong check for the wrong account, and although I caught the mistake RIGHT AFTER I gave the check, he refused to accept the right check and charged me the MOVE-​IN DISCOUNT ($ 500) on top of the late fee ($ 60) and the bounced check ($ 25) EVEN THOUGH THE CHECK HADN’T BOUNCED YET! I mean the managers even offered to loan me the money b/​c that’s how awesome they were, which I should have let them, but I took the eviction. AFTER THAT he sued me, charged me for cleaning and court fees, and I ended up getting my WAGES GARNISHED for $ 2500. **DO NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE!!** I BEG YOU!

I am currently looking around for an apartment. I called the property 3 times in 3 different days and left 3 messages. The office never called me back. If this is how they do business, I would probably avoid this place.
