Triya is a great personal trainer!!! I am 40 yo and have been working with her since the beginning of the year. I saw results within the first 4 weeks. And not only does she know how to get in shape but also is a great nutritionist, and has this taught me not only how to lose weight but how to keep the weight off and stay in shape!

Triya is a great trainer in that she thinks out of the box and accomodates your specific goals. I play ice hockey and have accumulated many injuries over the years and being 42 at the time, I needed someone to help me get out of my normal routine and work with me on improving my strength and size while working through my injuries. We did a lot of work with HIIT and targeted exercises that helped bring in all the supporting muscles to my lifts to get more rounded and balanced. Definitely worth the money if you’re looking to get out of rut and need some motivation.

Triya is an excellent trainer. She is motivational. Her workouts are varied and challenging. With Triya’s help, I completed a ½ marathon. I have also benefitted from Triya’s nutrition program. I’ve dropped 13 pounds since starting(and still going!). With Triya’s help, I’ve learned what to eat and when to eat. I feel great!
