I went to see Dr Guo this evening because I need understand my CT test and my altrousand for last week. She just spend two minutes with me and start with no patient at all. «I am not your primary doctor and do not have a time to go through your chat. There is no indicate information from your CT test and I refereer you to see surgery.» That is what said to me, then copy CT result and let me go.
It took me 50 minutes to drive there and I need she go through that CT test result with me, because I am not expert in the medical field, but she does not even want to explain it to me.
I do not understand what does it mean by I am not your primary doctor”. Does it mean she cannot provide medical help or information just because of that?
She is a doctor and I see her because I need her help, but her manner and behavior are not professional at all.

I am new to the area but my husband has been seeing Dr. Guo for several years. He has been very happy with her so I went to see her as my primary care physician as well. She is absolutely great. Listens to you and asks questions, gets a complete picture of your health situation. She is extremely thorough, you feel like all your questions and concerns are answered and you don’t feel rushed at all. Her office is also very nice and all the assistants and admins that work there were friendly, professional, on time. She recommended several actions for me and followed up next day. My comprehensive blood test (5 tubes, all kinds of tests) results came out the same day. I got an email notification, the results were on the online system, along with detailed notes and explanation from Dr. Guo. Highly recommended!

My husband’s physician retired a year ago and he had spent a frustrating year trying to find a doctor who could match the level of quality that he was used to receiving. Hubby says that Dr. Guo has exceeded the quality of care that his last doctor provided. Dr. Guo works within the Palo Alto Medical Foundation and has offices in the Mountain View and Sunnyvale location — both that are convenient for us to visit. The amount of time and detail that Dr. Guo spends with her patients is exceptional and she truly cares about making sure her patients are receiving the best care possible. Hubby says he will be her patient until she retires!
