I received a text message shortly after posting my review. The owner apologized if I thought she was rude and that she wasn’t trying to be. She also mentioned something about rating her work without actually having experienced it. I understand that which is why I noted that as the first thing in my review… I clearly stated I had not been a client. However, the communication between a potential client and business is still important to me and to anyone else. I wrote her back saying thank you, I apologized for the trouble (of having called her on a holiday not knowing it was her personal cell), and wished her a happy holiday back.
Later, I ALSO received a message on Unilocal thanking me for my feedback and that maybe one day I will come in to give her place a chance.
I truly appreciate that she reached out. However, a text and a Unilocal message seemed a bit pushy. Needless to say, I wouldn’t come here ever. It was great that she contacted me and again, i am clarifying that I have never had my hair done here so I cannot judge her work, just the communication. I went to Wilson’s near Target.

I had my first keratin treatment done 4 months ago and it still looks awesome. I normally have wavy, frizzy hair that looks horrible without blow-​drying or in humid conditions, but now my hair looks great every day. With or without styling, in a rainstorm, my hair always looks sleek and smooth, and a little straighter than before. Now I can use any shampoo, no product and no blow dryer and my hair still looks great.
Susan is fantastic. I was wary to spend $ 400 to get a keratin treatment, but I’m so glad I did!
I will certainly come back to Susan when my current treatment wears out, but so far I haven’t needed to. To extend my treatment I bought a sulfate-​free shampoo, but I only use it when I’m at home.

I got a Brazilian blowout by Susan. She was patient, polite and my hair looks good after the first wash! The salon is also very nice and quiet.

I just moved to Sunnyvale and needed to get my hair done badly. I found this salon on Unilocal and based on the reviews decided to give it a try myself. I had an appointment with Jackie and she was great. Not only was she nice and sweet she also did a great job with my hair and listened to what I wanted done. She also gave me suggestions. I very much like how much hair cut and highlights turned out. I already made another appointment :)

I have been getting my hair done by Susan for the last year. She’s talented and makes being in the chair pleasurable. I have thick wavy long hair… And sometimes it’s hard to find someone who really knows how to style and cut it. Susan has done an awesome job! I’d recommend her to anyone with hair like mine.

I went today for the haircut I must say Susan was absolutely amazing she is very polite, friendly and with experience I would recommend this place to everybody but what I dint like and know was the price. I was charged 50 $ for short hair I think it is tooo expensive .if any body is ok with spending so much u must go try.

Ive been using her for years. She really takes her time — she is never rushed.
She will text back the same day for available appointments. My teens like her too!

I went to Susan for highlights and a trim, after moving to the area 2 months ago and not knowing any hairdressers. I read her great reviews on Unilocal and decided to give her a try. My hair came out incredible! I used the same hairdresser in NY for over 4 years, and was hesitant to try someone new. I showed Susan my hairdresser’s formula for my hair, and Susan was able to replicate the look. I am definitely going back to her again, and recommend her highly!

I don’t know many hairstylists I’ve been through. I went to Susan based on Unilocal reviews and I have to say she exceeded my expectations by far! I went for coloring only and I told her what I wanted and it came out exactly. She didn’t even show me the color book. Also, she took her time styling my hair even though she had another client waiting. I think I have finally found a hairstylist who listens! I totally recommend her!

I just moved to Sunnyvale recently. I have to look for a stylist. This afternoon Susan did a great haircut for me. My hair was extremely heavy and dry. After she trimmed my hair carefully. I have a new and fresh hair style now.

I moved from France to California and was worried about finding someone that could do my hair color and cut. I tend to be kind of picky and I’m happy to say that my experience was exceptional with her. She was the only person who could correct my red hair color when I was totally disappointed on my hair color by visiting several hair stylists in the Bay Area. I was so fortunate to have Susan. Susan takes time to hear what I want and always does a great job. I get so many compliments whether I’m blonde, brunette, or a blackhead. She is not only extremely expert and talented, she is also one of the nicest, friendliest, and fun stylists I’ve ever been to. It is amazing how she keeps herself update with the newest fashion techniques in all fields of hair color, style and cut. She always looks very professional & gorgeous and I enjoy spending a stress free & fun time in her salon. My family started going to her after my great experience with her around 7 years ago and will forever follow her to any salon she goes to!

Susan has been styling my hair for a year now and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. Her ombré technique cannot be beat by any stylist! She is a perfectionist and pays special attention to detail in her work. Her cuts are fabulous! I have never been so happy with the way my hair looks. She is very friendly and has an awesome personality. Her fees are very reasonable and the salon is low key and comfortable. You feel right at home. I always look forward to seeing her and feel great when I leave. I highly recommend Susan!

Went in yesterday to get a cut and color. I wanted to try a new place closer to where I live, so I gave this place a shot. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! I love layers and in the past I haven’t been completely satisfied with the results. However, this time I believe I have found the perfect stylist. Susan did an amazing job! She’s friendly and I felt comfortable the whole time. Now my hair is blue black and perfectly layered. I love it! Oh and the owner, Vivian, is very nice too. Definitely going back.

Susan is absolutely amazing! She turned my neglected, lackluster locks into lovely, highlighted, and soft in a single appointment. She is very personable and easy to talk to. I was amazed at her attention to detail and the way that she cared so much about getting my hair exactly how I wanted it. Natural highlights, gorgeous cut, and fun style. Susan is a hands down Master Stylist who has her finger on the pulse of the latest hottest styles and trends. Before Susan I had to go to 3 stylists… one for color, one for the haircut and one for Keratin/​Smoothing treatments. Now I only have one :) and Susan is better than all three put together! My hair is smooth, sexy and highlighted with gold and I couldn’t be happier.
