Called before placing order and was told that it would ship that day, it did not ship until 2 days later and this order was time sensitive.

The only reason I will rate them with 1 star is their prices are competitive but if you order over night or 2 day air they will sit on your order for 2 – 3 days then send it and not be up front that when you order they will not tell you they are going to do that. When I emailed nothing heard back, so I called and nothing heard back. Guess we are not important?!

This pricks will always charge you a restocking fee. Do not order from them ever. Use anyone else.

I ordered a Samsung Keyboard for my tablet in the color bronze, and received a white one instead. When calling to resolve receiving the wrong color product, the representative on the phone was not understanding and was rude. Furthermore, after filling out the return authorization form on their website, it took over a week to receive any communication. They were not returning calls either. After finally receiving a return authorization number from them, I returned the product promptly. They received the returned product on August 15th. After they received the return package, I waited a few days and called their accounting department. The indicated that they indeed received the return package and that they would credit my credit card in a few days. However, another week passed, and finally, on September 1st, they provided an email saying they had received the return product. This was 15 days AFTER they had received the returned item. I did eventually get my refund. Now, I realize that every story has two sides, but I HIGHLY suggest BUYINGFROMANOTHERRETAILER if possible. Btw, the rating system they use(eKomi) on their website is moderated in such a way that they do not allow any negative reviews. The send all negative reviews through a mediation process. I have waited to post this review on Unilocal to see how that process will play out, and all that has happened are messages that go to/from Neobits and myself. There was no actual mediator involved.

Bought a phone system from Neobits 5 – 6 years ago. The point of sale and installation went flawlessly. Everyone was so helpful, informative and friendly. I reached out 2 weeks ago to the gentleman that did the install and left a voicemail inquiring a phone swap from one desk to another. Never heard back. Today I called was informed they no longer do installations and to call the phone manufacturer. I have no problem with this, however I do have a problem with the gentleman not getting back to me to say this himself. I couldn’t remember his name until a few minutes after hanging up(Kirby). I called back and a very stern voice answered Hello. Probly irritated by overhearing my first call insisting the installer still worked there because I can access his mailbox, nevertheless, not thank you for calling Neobits … nothing. I said the installers name and the gentleman responded he hasn’t worked her for years. So they have active mailboxes for previous employees … ok. Nothing about thank you for your support and thinking of us, do you have any other phone needs(which I do) … nothing. This experience is a complete 180 from the first time I called and was sold on a system and installation. This is not a company I would spend money with again even if they still had Kirby on the payroll.

The same as the other Unilocaler… They took my order after I read the policy linked on the check out page and placed the order. After the order was placed they called me saying the order will need to be cancelled because the shipping was not calculated properly… Why does google shopping list this company? Avoid. Avoid Avoid

They are not an authorize dealer for Honeywell Products. They can not give support, should you have problems with the product. Honeywell will not help you because you are an end user. They are a rip off. I had to return a DVR that had software problem. They charged me $ 200 «Restock» fee. I will never purchase anything from this rip off company.

They take your order and then, after a few days of not locating the marked up product, they drop your order and leave you hanging. Avoid this fly by night sham.
