No sense in chasing memories – they’ve all been erased. Thanks, Palm.

I’ve had two Treo’ now and both times I’ve had issues with the wi-fi. The second time I called the support number and was not only told it would be a per-minute charge for the support, but the guy I spoke with was clearly not fluent in English. This is a small company so I would rather give them my money than Apple. SO, I gave them another shot and bought the Pre. WOW what a piece of crap. Crashes far more than the Treo and I can’t hear a thing during conversations with others. I have a program for work on it that is SOOOOO slow. Save your money. Avoid Palm.

Palm gets it right. The Treo is the best smartphone because Palm understands that it’s all about making the thing easy to use and nice looking. The Treo is pretty cool looking, although the look it getting a bit dated since it hasn’t changed much. But, it is rock solid at making and receiving calls. Battery life is decent. The web browser is easy to use.(Thanks, Unilocal, for making a mobile site, now please add more functionality.) You can download free/shareware games and utilities off the web. Palm also got it right with the Palm PDA. They weren’t the first in the market. That honor goes to Psion who released the Organizer in 1984(or Apple’s ill-fated Newton, if you want think only within the US borders). However, Palm got it right; they made the PalmPilot small, fast, and easy to use.
