Mary has been cutting my hair for over 2 years. She has always done a great job every time. She takes her time and isn’t too talkative, which I prefer. Her technique is very relaxing and reminds me of ASMR videos.

A really nice haircut. She knows how to to fades, but will double check whether you want the #1 or the #2 comb. She takes her time with edges and gives a fairly clean cut thats important to me.
I dinged one point, because its not terribly tidy. But what the hell, I’ll go back again!
Protip: go after 2 on the weekdays when its not crowded.

I guess it must be hard to find good help because it seems Mary is the only one working these days.
I had to wait about 20 min to get my haircut. It’s okay though because she gives the customer her undivided attention. Like I said in my previous review she likes to share and listen to customers stories.
Oh this place takes credit card but charges $ 2 fee. Compared to other places though, you’re still paying much less even with the fee. Cash is king!
It’s a one woman running machine but she is good at what she does and is happy doing it.

Very slow service. The lady has no sense of urgency. Not going back there again. She need to hire some one to help her customers. Three people waiting and she is the only one who was working alone.

Got stabbed by the comb several times. The person cutting my hair couldn’t understand english. I’m sure she had no license. Could cut hair better with eyes closed was an accurate review.

I have been to this place 3 times for hair cut and every time the lady Merry tells me different price for the SAME hair cut! (same length, same style and just trimming)
When my hair cut was about to finish, I noticed it was uneven (short on one side!!)
When I told her, she just cut some hair randomly without combing and checking!!!
She messed up my hair… Also ended up cutting more than I told her to cut!
I am NEVER going to this place again!

I need a hair cut urgently and they insisted I please come in within 10minutes, which I did. They were the only place to be opened to take clients still late Sunday afternoon. I did appreciate that. I didn’t have to wait too long. The lady only asked how short I wanted my hair and did not ask about anything else including if I wanted my hair washed or not. Which was very strange.
I told her I wanted some kind of layering since I have thick hair. She did attempt to do them. But I wasn’t 100% satisfied but I felt really uncomfortable asking her to fix her layering or complaining about anything. Total was $ 25 for the hair cut without tip. All in all, it was okay but wouldn’t go there again.

She doesn’t know how to be gentle… Even after I told her that I got cut by her last time when she did eyebrows for me. «I don’t think so.» That was what she said to me! And guess what? I still got cut this time! Never ever going back again!

Great service and great price. You can’t really beat the men’s haircut price here, especially when the other salons nearby are trying to charge over $ 20 a guy’s cut. Mary cut my hair to my liking and she took her time and didn’t rush at all. If your a guy and want a good cut for a great price, go check this place out.

Wish I had found Mary at Pro Cuts earlier. She is more consistent than SuperCuts and does a more painstaking job. She is cheaper too.

I always come here and Mary consistently does a great quick, simple men’s haircut that’s a good value. She’s wonderful to deal with. I can’t comment on the other services but she came highly recommended by a friend. Have been coming here regularly for 1 ½ years.

The price is good here, but I found the service terrible and the woman cutting my hair didn’t seem to understand what I was saying. I asked her to give me long layers and she nodded her head, then proceeded to have a conversation on the phone while cutting. She trimmed my hair, and it was straight across like it should be, but she either didn’t understand «layers» or had gotten distracted by her phone conversation and forgot. Either way, by the end of her conversation I just wanted out of the chair. I won’t get my hair cut here again. I would rather go across the street and wait… and pay even less.

So I had to come here a second time out of desperation and a dire need of a hair cut. I thought, the first time was a fluke and that maybe they did exactly what I told them to do, which they did. Unfortunately they ended up giving me the buzzer and bowl cut. Not happy. The second time I told them to style the cut with layers. She busted out the clippers again. Sorry, I won’t be coming back a third. But I did give them a chance.

I have been to Mary for permanent straightening twice. Yeah, seriously!!! This place looks like a cheap salon from the outside, but they provide some serious services, like hair coloring, permanent straightening, perms etc. I must say Mary does a better job at the straightening than her other salon folks. So if you happen to choose Pros Cut next time, insist of having Mary do the whole application for you.
They are such sweet people, they were kind enough to offer me some of their own food, fruits and drinks to stay alive (permanent straightening can take anywhere from 5 – 7 hours) because i didn’t think of bringing any food along the first time.
She does a nice job with hair cuts too! and their prices are very reasonable.

I came here because my friend comes to this place. Mary did a nice job with my hair. The price is a decent price considering how much other places charge.
I am one who charges all of my purchase/​services whenever possible. This place takes credit cards but they charge a $ 2 ‘service fee’ for it. Is this legal? Using a debit/​ATM card will add a $ 1 service fee.
It would be a 5 star rating if I could use my credit card without incurring any extra fees.

My husband & I returned to Pros Cut the weekend before last. He had intended to get Mary to cut his hair, but she was busy. He tried out the girl who cuts across from her. She was great too. The cuts are fast, good quality, and CHEAP! We will be returning.

Hair places make terrible for nail salons, but this place is kind of an exception. Though the nail table is old and not the cleanest looking, I had one of my best manicures here by Kim. Desperate on my Sunday afternoon, they took me as a walk-​in; the majority of the polishes look terribly old, but they did have a few newer Opis (thank God). Kim spent a long while trimming around my nails and at my cuticles, not afraid to cut close and not breaking any skin. What resulted was a super clean look, and flawless polish essentially – no bubbles or anything. I hate other places who are hesitant to cut dead skin around the nail as mine grows way too fast for me to worry about not getting cut.
Anyway, I’ll probably just swing by when visiting others in this neck of the woods and also will make sure to bring my own polish. Kim usually just does hair, but gives a great manicure (massage was just whatever). $ 13 so I ain’t complainin’!

This is a fantastic place that is mostly hidden. It looks like any standard cheap haircut place but is considerably better.
There is nothing difficult or complicated about my hairstyle, so I usually just look for the cheapest place. That is why I first went to this place. It looked cheap and it was.
I have gone to expensive places too, but have never had a better haircut, even if I paid 3 times as much. Although everyone there is competent, Mary is the main person and the best.
My wife used to go to fancier places, but I told her that I thought Mary could do as good a job for one fifth the price. She tried it (a little skeptically) and concluded that I was right.
I don’t go there regularly anymore because I moved away from that area. But I go there if I need to be sure to get a good haircut. My wife goes only there now.
