Taco Bell

This taco Bell always gets your order wrong and the wait time is ridiculous. We have been here for 20 minutes now, and some who had been sitting and waiting we came in *just* got their order. Plus the manager just screamed at someone for taking a picture of his receipt…

I usually come here to order because my friend lives nearby. Before I thought it was a great place to eat if you’re in a hurry. Until I went in last time to pick up my food, the employees were fighting and yelling at each other in front of the customers. And today I ordered on their app, supposedly they close at 1AM on Unilocal and on their app. But when I get there not only they locked the doors but the guy inside said he cleaned up everything and a hour early (around 11PM). Also he said he can’t cancel my order because he’s never used the register.
Personally I find the employees here very unprofessional and disrespectful.

If I could give it zero stars I would. This morning I went in to try the breakfast. I went in about 10 mins before 8. I seen a about 3 customers standing around waiting for food. I go up to the register and I’m waiting for a few minutes. My order is taken and the guy who took my order is taking his time to put on his gloves while this older lady is making the food. Instead of the younger faster guy helping make the food he waits until she make each item on by one to wrap them. I turn and look at one of the customers and ask how long has he been waiting he said about 15 mins. one by one each order is called and I think mine is coming up well I was wrong he tells me that my order is next which is in correct cause the lady is making tacos and I didn’t order tacos so I still have another order ahead of mine. I tell him never mind I got to leave I will come back later. he yells at me and says «you should have said something a long time ago» I said I didn’t know it would take that long! he says «well lady everything is in order» I said yeah but you have people waiting here for 15 mins I can’t wait that long and as I am leaving he is still yelling stuff out. First of all my food wasn’t even ready and 2^nd I paid for my food it I wanted to leave it behind that’s my problem he didn’t have to say anything maybe even a sorry it’s taking so long instead he screams at me. Never going here again! calling the manager too.

This location is undergoing some challenges. I reported them directly to the District Manager and he is addressing the issues. Give them some time, patience and another chance. Thanks!

One of the worst Taco Bell I have been to. I ordered x and they gave x-​y in for all my 3 dishes.

We went into this place about 8pm one evening and there were two people working. It wasn’t very crowded, but we waited 25 mins for our 2 burritos. That wasn’t the worst part… the staff were very inappropriate in how they spoke around customers. I’ve always been taught that you don’t complain about working conditions or management in front of customers. It made me feel very uncomfortable. We won’t ever go back.

Second bad experience at this Taco Bell location. Took 20 mts to process the order — out of straws — out of sauces — preparation was flawed compared to other locations. Will definitely try to avoid this location next time. Corporate needs to seriously look into this management — very incompetent staff.

35 minute wait for food. Backlog of over 25 customers. Horrible experience. Workers were trying their best and were very apologetic. Managers need to staff better.

Was there today asked the Mexican girl behind the counter to please mark the ones with no onions. asked her three different times even her helper told her mark them she never did and she had an attuide the whole time taking the order. I don’t care if she was having a bad day or not terriable customer service never going back there again. and had onions on everything we got I was pissed I have a child who is allergic to oinons she lucky I check then when I got home she would have gotten in very big trouble if something would of happen I ask for no oinons 4 a reason.

It’s taco bell. What can I say? Sometimes you feel like fast food for lunch.
Clean, large facility. No complaints other than parking lot could be bigger.
Too many parking lot sharks.

How can a chain store stand out? By either being awesome or not too great. Sad to say this location is not too great. They do not «fill» the burritos with the fillers compared to what other Taco Bell’s do.
If you come during the weekday, parking can be difficult at lunch time since it’s in a plaza with limited parking. Service is friendly, the salsa sauce packets, utensils and napkins are always stocked.

25 minutes after order placed and still no food. What’s going on with management here lately?! I could have went to subway and have gotten a sandwich faster.
Looks like I’m not the only one waiting for more than 10 minutes here. Several other customers waiting.
Overheard some guy got 30 items and that’s what the hold up was about. Maybe next time the guy should have called the order in. Completely inconvenient for fast food. I know. I know I probably shouldn’t be eating here anyways.
I only come here to save money.

Very understaffed! Long wait time. I get it, is taco bell. But the service is particularly bad/​slow.

Sssssssoooooooooooooo Ssssslllllllloooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwww. How long does it take to make a couple of tacos? Really? This is a fast food paver, not a sirtdown and dine place. Geez whiz.

Me and my boyfriend come here often because it is close by, sometimes we come in to younger staff who are very nice and polite when helping us, very very friendly. we have come in a few times and there is a bigger (white) lady, who is yelling and being very very rude to all of the employees there, she seems to be a manager, but I feel so badly for anyone who has to work and deal with her. Food is always good, most of the time customer service is good, but that manager needs to go! She’s very mean and makes us feel uncomfortable being there, so now when she’s there, we usually leave…

Super slow service today. Over 15 minute wait for plain chips and cheese. Not even busy in here. Employees talking amongst themselves, couldn’t care less about bagging my chips and cheese. Gave them an extra star for past good experiences. Today they’ve got slow motion workers.

A blonde chubby gave me a wrong cup, it’s for tap only somehow told her I did paid for small drink! Also, I wanted to stay, that chubby gar me a bag to go!

Walked into Taco Bell with my boyfriend to grab dinner and the cashier was a bitch! She acted poorly around us as customers and showed a lot of attitude! Idk if she was having a bad day, but she was being a bitch to customers (as we ordered and waited for our order)!!! She needs to treat customers with respect and do her job! She looks white, but could be Muslim or something, but she’s the only chick with hairy arms and sounds like a bitch. She comes at you kinda stand-​offish. I wouldn’t give this place any stars at all, but I give one cos place was clean. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! That’s why I never come around this Taco Bell. First & LAST.

Allow me start off with yes, this is Taco Bell. So don’t give these folks a hard time.
On occasion, I’ll have a stong want for their shreded chicken burrito, a chalupa or a steak quesadilla and I want it quick. This Taco Bell is very clean, there aren’t any crazy people in it (Atleast when I have been inside) and it is easy to get to. Parking is NEVER an issue. Their service is quick, their food tastes good. If you want Taco Bell, this one has nothing wrong with it at all.

Pretty typical taco bell — nothing super off about it, but nothing that makes it one of my favorites (like the one in Sunnyvale on El Camino!)
Quick service and pretty average experience overall.
