First meal in NorCal and I was severely disappointed. They got our order wrong, with undercooked fries and 1 highly overcooked fry(ITWASBLACK!). The cashier couldn’t hear anything we were saying and had to repeat our order twice. Left the establishment feeling really annoyed…

I stopped by tonight to grab a snack. Mary the cashier provided friendly and patient service. I ordered a 4 pc nugget and value fries. Wow! When the person handed over my order, I landed 5 nuggets and an overflowing french fry order! I love the natural cut fries Wendy’s has now, not sure when they started going that, but this is good. For a fast food joint, I’d recommend this place. Though, make a note that there’s a sewer type smell in/near the restroom. The restroom wasn’t disgusting, it was clean, so I’m not sure why that smell is there. Oh, but you need to be short to see your head in the mirror in front of the sink — ha ha. I’ll return if I am in the area again and need to grab fast food.

Pulled pork signs up with no pork left?! The tables were sticky and I’m pretty sure I just saw a drug deal. The frostys aren’t like they used to be. Last time ever at this Wendy’s.

The drive-thru here is REALLYSLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW. The staff is your standard Latin American bilingual staff and they did a decent job with the order. The fries were oversalted, the Coke was too sweet, but the burger(Quarter-pound single) was dynamite! It was hot, fresh, juicy and tasty just like they advertise on TV! I gobbled it up in no time and can’t wait to go back to try some other things on their menu to see if this Wendy’s lives up to my previous experience.

This is a solid Wendy’s. I eat here pretty regularly because work is nearby. Friendly service, burgers have always been fresh and tasty. Dunno what other people are complaining about, I like it here!

Possibly the best service I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in a while. This guy Josafat is the man. Not only was he kind and courteous, but he was on top of our very complicated order. They should promote him asap

The woman who was taking orders at the Drive Thru was speaking really fast, had a high-pitched voice and a heavy accent… I’m «old» by Logan’s Run standards, so I had to ask her to repeat a couple of things so I didn’t get an incorrect order. They don’t have a digital screen at the Drive Thru menu, so you’re just yellin’ into a speaker w/o being able to check your order. Got the Baconator fries, eh, not so good… floppy and they have to put them into a plastic container w/a top so they steam and there’s just steamed, messy, gloppy fries. Maybe they’re better in the restaurant. They’re fries covered with melted cheese and bacon pieces. Seemed promising but wouldn’t get to go again. My cheeseburger was good, I asked for the low carb/lettuce wrap and it was a patty w/cheese with one undersized white piece of iceberg on each side, which was lame… there should be 3 or 4 larger leaves of fresh green lettuce on each side. I love the green tea as an option though, it’s refreshing to have something like that when it’s summertime. All in all, 4 stars because the burger was yummy and the tea was good, but the fries were a massive, flaccid fail.

I was going to give this place 1 star on account of the guy who never listens to my order and I have to keep repeating myself and the over salted fries and the bored looking girl with all the makeup but I have to say I really enjoyed my spicy chicken sandwich and fries the other day. I always order the same thing in drive thru. There’s also a more pleasant looking girl at the window now also. So yay! Keep up the good work :-)

This place only gets a star because of one of the ladies that works at this location, she is super nice & provides good customer service. But every time I go thru the drive thru I get mistreated by Jennifer P she is gangster looking with a bunch of makeup more like cake face you might want to cool down on the makeup you look 40. She has horrible customer service. She never says thank you or have a good day. Not to mention two days In a row she forgot to give me a straw for my drink and provided me with one napkin like really!!! Common sense retard if someone gets a drink you give them a straw anyways she should not be working here she makes Wendy’s look bad. If she hates her job then maybe she should go back to school!!!

Poor management. Under-staffed. Takes FOREVER! They definitely take the fast out of fastfood. The people who were actually there working, were working hard and were friendly.

As I’ve probably said before in previous reviews, I don’t write one unless the service is superb or really bad. As I sit in the drive thru writing this review. My experience is horrible. I was ordering at the menu and as I was talking the girl taking my order rudely interrupted me and told me to come to the window and finish my order even though there was more I wanted to order from the menu that I did not know off hand. I got to the window and she seemed to have forgotten that I wanted to order more and have me the ‘ugh’ look and attitude when I wanted to order more. Needless to say, my review went from one to two stars because my order was correct, but the service was a one star. I will NEVER be coming to this location again.

I have never been inside, so this purely based on the drive thru. Rarely a long wait. People working are generally pleasant. Frosties still kick ass after all these years. Baconator will give you a good fatty fix. Location is ok but leaving can be a challenge if during rush hours.

Was waiting in the front counter for about five minutes without being greeted at all. It was not that busy considering it is fast food either. The guy next to us got his food handed to us and the guy behind the counter in front of us would not even look at us, greet, smile or anything! The manager told the girl to go do something/clean/restock the dining area or whatever but multiple people were behind the counter and not one of them said a thing about«oh it’ll be a moment» etc No thanks

Eh, I guess the food is different than all the other fast food places and has square patties. The forstys are cool once in awhile. You can get bacon and cheese and a baked potato! wtf?! cool! Sorry kids i don’t see a happy meal or toy type deal going on, win for the parents though. I don’t there is another Wendy’s near by so this one is like a gem. Lots of space in this parking lot and lots of tables. Very clean!!! Relaxing and low key i think because of the tinted windows. The drive service at night is well, eh you get your food fast and you get it out. No spit no smiles, so thats good. This place used to be cheaper than the rest but its not too overly priced, I guess I am not used to the times but this place is like 4 bux for like one of there speciality burgers. So its not micky ds cheap or carls jr expensive, more on the mc ds sidr on price. Probaby will come back here again if I dont eat dinner on a late night and need fuel. Mght want to splurge on a more expensive meal though

Sigh. I really only like the cheese and bacon baked potato and this Wendy’s really failed. Granted, this menu item can be hit or miss, but they barely swung this time. I ordered the cheese and bacon potato, but what I got was not melted, liquid cheese and bacon bits. I got a sour cream and chive potato with shredded cheese and two strips of bacon. And to top that all off, I got charged $ 0.90 for bacon and $ 0.30 for cheese. At this point, I have given up and just eat whatever this is because I didn’t want to go back through the drive through line. I tried to dress it up with butter, but that buttery-best spread is not good. Not even close to buttery best anything. Moral of the story, stick to regular hours and traditional menu items if you want consistency. Oh, and the bacon and cheese potato does live on the menu, obviously just not in the kitchen.

This review is for their drive-thru around midnight. There were only a couple cars in front of us at the time, so we were able to order quickly and pick up the food within 10 minutes. The Deluxe Cheeseburger I got was fine, and the Double Bacon Ciabatta was good as well– both were still warm when we got back, which was a bonus. This is a solid Wendy’s to go to if you have a fast food craving!

I haven’t had fast food in a long while. But enter in one sinus headache and a starving Meg and you get a visit to Wendys with a belly full of chicken nuggets and a cup of extremely over salted fries. I mean, wow. Salt lick. The service was quick, friendly and the line was short. I just doubt unless I’m exhausted and there is no other option that I’d come back. Though I gotta say, my soda was HUGE.

I am pretty sure I have helped people get on liver transplant lists with greater ease, and less time, than it took me to get a chicken sandwich, a fry, and a Diet Coke at this train wreck. I’m also sure I could describe the specifics of the human organ I require with less effort than it took to communicate said needs to this cashier. Just… painful.
