It is always the little bits that are left to the end, that don’t come in on time, that OH by the way this is up to you to pick up and deal with. My memory is pretty good and the last I heard was I’ll drop buy to take care of it when it comes in and you don’t even have to be home. Not a huge deal, the door remains well installed and beautiful, it is just who has that extra hour to spare. Annoying

Bill and Tom did a great job for me — replaced 7 interior doors and their hardware. They were patient with me and my questions and communicated regularly about expected delivery and installation dates. Tom showed up when he said he would for the install and he explained various things he was doing to make the doors hang properly in my crooked Eichler. They look great. Good price, good service!

Bill is a busy, hard working, honest guy who moves a lot of product. He represents a wide array of manufacturers. The majority of his customers are contractors, who know exactly what they want; but, don’t let this deter you if you are looking for advice. As a hands on homeowner and DIYer I was looking for practical, functional windows and doors with good energy performance. Bill really knows his trade and offers great advice. If you’re not sure what to buy, he can quickly zero in on a recommendation that meets your design objectives and budget. He won’t try to upsell products and features that you don’t need. I ended up saving money and improving energy efficiency relative to my architect’s original specs. Don’t expect a fancy showroom, keep in mind that he sells mainly to contractors, but he does have displays that will adequately illustrate the features of the products he carries. After my doors were roughed in, Bill came by to inspect and made numerous pointers for how to improve my project and select products for the next phase.

As a house painter I have painted many doors and I have not found a better installer of doors and windows with such a professional attitude of customer service. I appreciate Tom’s standards of excellence which make finishing (painting) his work a joy. I recommend Windows Doors and More wholeheartedly!
