Happy Planet Landscape Products

I’m so happy with Happy Planet Landscape Products — everything about them is superior to the other landscaping suppliers in the area. I’ve got an ongoing project and have used Happy Planet for gravel, compost and mulch.
Great website: Love that they have videos of the different mulch/​bark types. Made deciding which mulch I wanted so much easier than just a picture. They also have links to rebates available for lawn replacement for the counties they serve which is a nice touch.
Correspondence: As far as I know, no other landscape supplier responds to emails. Jordan has always responded promptly and courteously. In fact we did almost all our correspondence over email which I love. When I did speak to him on the phone, he was just so friendly (completely unlike calling the other suppliers in the area)
Payment: I paid via credit card once, and after that I used Paypal. So simple. I always got an itemized invoice which I need for my ACWD rebate.
Delivery: Always accommodated my schedule, dropped the material exactly where I requested it, and as a huge bonus, didn’t require me to be home.
Product: Everything I’ve gotten has been of the highest quality and exactly what I requested. The drain rock was the type I wanted, the compost was great, and the black mulch I ordered looks gorgeous in my front yard. My project isn’t close to done, but my neighbors are decidedly envious.

THANK YOU, HAPPY PLANET!!! We let our lawn die because we wanted to put in water-​efficient landscaping. A couple of days ago, I called Happy Planet and had a bark mulch delivery and a gravel delivery to my home, and the delivery went very smoothly. I was really impressed with the quality of the products, and the staff are all really helpful and professional. I LOVE my new backyard, and I definitely plan on using them again when I get ready to re-​do the landscaping at one of my rental homes.

I’ve been using this company for a while now so I thought I’d finally give it a review. The guy who usually does the mulch delivery is a guy named Jordan. He’s a super nice guy and friendly. Last time I had a gravel delivery he stayed and gave me advice on my vegetable garden.
I love how quick they are on delivery too! I can almost always get delivery the same day or at least the next day. And the mulch is awesome quality. Last time I bought mulch at Home Depot (total hassle) it faded to grey within about 6 months. The mulch I’ve got now has been good for almost a year and a half and is still going strong!
All the advice they gave me on mulch and gravel made my yard look wonderful. It totally revamped my house. And to top it off they have price match guarantee so I know I’m getting the best deal possible.
For all the extra they have done for me I just wanted to give them a nice review to show my appreciation.

I’ve been using happy planet for a while now, one of my co workers recommended them. I’m a realtor and I flip a decent amount of houses so I need a reliable landscaping company to spruce up the houses. I’ve had mulch delivery, base rock delivery and gravel delivery and each product has been wonderful.
Last time I called them I needed a same day delivery. I was flipping a house in Fremont and we were running behind schedule I called happy planet and I talked to the owner (Jordan, I think) and he was able to get the job done. Totally saved my butt.
I’ve used a few other mulch delivery companies and it hasn’t worked out so well. Typically they are late, which is really annoying because it slows my day down.
And these guys are the best!
Super professional and they always deliver on time! Even though I’m not a huge customer they treat me like I am.
