This place is great. The staff is always super friendly. The burgers are awesome! We enjoy sitting on the patio and having a few cocktails here. I wish they were on the lake!

Great food. Stopped in for lunch and had my expectations pretty low to be honest. The owner was a local volunteer firefighter and a good one too, so much so he received awards for it. The food in his restaurant is delicious. The pizza I ordered was cooked to my liking just crispy enough. The toppings were like spicy hawaiian. The bartender helped take my order and she kept my water glass full. I use my water glass as a reading for tipping. Stays full, max tip. Stays empty, 8.25−10% So when it was still full I knew she was paying attention even if there were only three or four customers in for lunch. This place is quaint but will surpass your expectations every time.

Very nice «bed and breakfasty» style restaurant in a small town off of Lake LBJ. Seven or eight tables in the main room and a few more in a small bar in the back. Our kids immediately gravitated to a foosball table in an alcove off the main dining area. The local patrons and the waitstaff were friendly and helpful.
The food selection was good for a tiny diner in a small town; thirty-​odd selections of sandwiches, pizzas, and salads. Beer selection at the bar was limited; mostly American lagers and only two draft selections. Six kids selections of the usual fare. I had a meatball Parmesan sub, which was solid. Always fond of restaurants that keep the ice tea flowing; they left us a pitcher.

Hidden away in quiet Sunrise Beach on the west banks of Lake LBJ is one of the best casual dining spots in the Highland Lakes. Family run Mosca’s has the area’s best pizza and recently was voted top burger in Llano County. A luxury for local Sunrise Beach residents! Nice outdoor seating area and a comfy bar inside
