Service is absolutely superb, meat is unlimited and cooked to order as well as delicious, and the desserts are superb as well. Come here hungry.

Great food and service. Super salad and sides. You won’t go home hungry. Desserts to die for. One of my all time favorites.

Our second visit. First experience was enjoyable. However, second not good! Wait time of 30 minutes with reservation didn’t bother us terribly as it was New Year’s Eve. Food was so so, definitely not worth the cost but worse was that about 30 minutes after the meal my husband become horribly ill with symptoms like food poisoning of some sort. So much so that we were unable to attend the Billy Joel concert making the cost of the evening dinner plus $ 700 in concert tickets down the drain. Our suspicion sausage not thoroughly cooked. Be careful.

One of the worst restaurant experiences of my life tonight on December 31^st, 2015. We had a 7:30 reservation and had to wait 20 minutes because they were out of tables. We were one of many groups who had reservations and were asked to wait. When we were finally seated, it took 20 minutes to get our drinks and our table was not on the normal path of the guys with the meat, so we didn’t get many options. About an hour in, there was a major drink spill next to us sending several shards of glass into us and our food/​drinks. It took another 20 minutes to replace what was on our table in terms of plates and drinks. Then they sat a 12 top next to us, which completely cut off the path that a few of the meat servers had previously used. We spoke with the manager about the glass and the fact that I had asked for filet no less than 4 times and had still not had it. He did discount our bill by $ 10, but then they automatically added gratuity of $ 10 (which is much less than what I would normally give for an $ 80 meal), but in this case, we really didn’t have a server, so I was not going to tip. Service has to be non-​existent for me to not tip, and tonight it was non-​existent. I do understand that these folks make a good portion of their living off of the tips, but that doesn’t mean they get to do nothing and still get a tip. I am sure our server was pulled in so many directions that doing her job was impossible. That isn’t a valid excuse for us not getting reasonable service, but it is a reason why it might not have been her fault. In any case, I paid the $ 10 auto-​gratuity and we left. We had to shake out our clothes in the parking lot to make sure we didn’t bring any glass shards into our car.

Food was great, they dont bring steak around often, prices are expensive, and they dont tell you they charge for every refill and charged me 7.00 for each kids apple juice, wont be back!

Horrible customer service. I went in with a coupon i bought online to check it out and decide if this will be a good place to do my company’s holiday party for 20 people. I got there for lunch and no other customers were there, place was empty and I sat down with a guest. I told them about the coupon and they made wait for like 10 min before they came back and said I could not use the coupon for lunch. I staded they were mistaken as before I bought the coupon i research it and made sure there were no lunch restrictions. The coupon had no restrictions and i asked them to show me in the small print that it said I could not use it for lunch and they couldn’t do that. They need new management as they do not know what customer service is. Not only they lost the only customer they had for lunch at that moment but they lost a great bill as I organized my party at Mortons at Fort Lauderdale and they were magnificent. My bill was over $ 2500.00 but we had an amazing time and from now on i will continue going to Mortons for steak. Brazaviva lost me as a client and everyone I know. I tell everyone of the way they do business with false advertising. They sell coupons and then don’t want to honor them. You should close your doors already as you will not be in business much longer thanks to your management.

Save your money!!! Tasteless food, extreamilty expensive! I dont mind paying 35 bucks per person if the food is amazing, but the food was less than average! Nothing like a Brazilian churrascaria, barbecue house!!! Super pissed with money waste

This had to be the absolute worse steak house experience I’ve had. The meats were not good at all. Their selection at the salad and sides bar was scarce with only a few bad tasting items to choose from (and all cold by the way). The service was poor. I couldn’t believe I spent the amount of money there that I could’ve spent at another steakhouse. Overall, I was very disappointed. I recommend you take you appetite and money elsewhere.

I went to Florida to visit some family. They brought me here to try this restaurant. Let me tell you. I’m Brazilian and this is the best Brazilian restaurant I’ve been to. Food was amazing and the service, incredible! Absolutely loved it !

Absolutely loved it the staff was wonderful and very attentive to our questions about the choices, the salad bar was amazing everything tastes so fresh and there was a great selection, the meats were cooked to my liking and tasted delicious but my favorite part I have to say was their crème of papaya dessert to die for will definitely be coming back soon!

Went here tonight with family and was not impressed. Walked in on a Saturday night and it was empty, maybe a handful of tables had guests. All the meat was extremely salty and quality was not too great. Salad bar was nothing special either. Place was dark and could have used some better lighting. On the upside the staff was extremely attentive and provided good service. Don’t think I’d come back for a second visit

I went last night and had the worst food from a restaurant of this nature I have ever had. The meat was cold and season less. The chimichurri sauce was bland. The salad bar was «meh.» The most appetizing item was the grilled pineapple and fried bananas.

Nice place, Good for family and groups. I like the price. Very fair. But I think was very cold inside. The only meet the I really enjoy was the maminha. Maybe was the time, but the barbecue taste was different than I get use to here in Eua. But is ok. They are organized and clean. Maybe can be better next time. I enjoy the reception, I don’t remember his name, but the guy was really careful to explain the menu.

I was disappointed. The meat I was served was not very good. Some of the waiters were not experienced. The salad bar had nothing special. I had a stomach ache after eating there.

Arrived for lunch, the salad bar, cheeses, and ceviche was soooo good! The meats that came to the table delicious. The attentive waiters and host was excellent. A wonderful dinning experience. I would have given a five star except the mandatory gratuity of $ 11 on my ticket. Maybe is a south Florida thing. But I did not like at all for two adults and one child to see that on my ticket.

Is there a Zero Star option? This place deserves it. They tried to over-​charge us on the bill by $ 70 by charging adult meal prices for the kids. We were the waiter’s only table at 6:30 on a Friday night — that should tell you something. Watery drinks. Broken coffee machine. $ 350 for four adults and three children. #ripoff

Wow Amazing delicious food!!! Went there when I went on vacation to Florida and I live in California. And I keep thinking about this place!!! It was our highlight of our vaca lol!!! The food is just delicious and the customer service was on point!!! Loved it!!! The Brazilian food is known for their meats and wow they were to die for!

Awesome Steak house!!! This place is very clean and has great service. For meat lovers, this is an amazing place. From the moment you walk in, you can smell the fresh steak and very refreshing salad bar with Grant Padano cheese, Chorio, Ranch salad, Heart of palm, Brazilan Vinaigrette, fresh Beets. Chicken salad… Also has hot rice, beans and delicious Veg soup… The price for such good meat quality is very worth it. The meat is always fresh and cooked to order, the meat runners are very friendly, they will explain how the chef prepares the meat. The Runners’ name are Richard and Olavo:). And our server name is Claudio. This restaurant has full liquor BAR. Please come to check it out. My favorites are Lamb, and SIRLOIN: D My boyfriend loves their fresh lemonade:))))))))) we love this place. This is our first time here, but we are already planning to have a party here !:)

The service get the extra star the servers brought out different meats every 2 to 3 minutes till I said no more but besides that this place is pretty sad.
I have been to a few churrascaria places such as Texas de Brazil and Fogo de Chao and this place comes nowhere near it’s kinda like putting mom’s soccer van against a Lamborghini.
Let’s start off with the salad bar although they had a fair amount of selections it was not nearly as many as the other places I mentioned and taste wise everything was a little off and not as high quality.
The meats are the reason you come to a place like this and they were very disappointing. I pretty much tried a little of 6 or 7 different types including steaks, chicken, lamb, and beef and the only thing I could taste was salt. When you go to the other places as soon as you hit the parking lot you can smell that wonderful aroma meat being barbecued but not here.
Those other places are jammed packed and here I was the only one dining this should tell you something it looks like they are on borrowed time because there is noway they can stay in business in their present state.
