Burger King

This place sucks, half the menu is unavailable 2 hours before they close? Sounds like lazy employees and poor management to me.

This is probably the worst BK I’ve been to. I go here on my lunch break and they obviously have no idea what a lunch time rush is because they aren’t prepared for anything. I order my food and after I pay they ask me if I can go park in the parking lot and wait for someone to bring my food out. This is supposed to be a drive through right? I ordered a chicken sandwich and a burger, why should I have to go park somewhere and wait? I might as well have just come inside the store. I only get 30 minutes for lunch break and they take just about half of that time to come bring me my food.
Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. There’s a KFC just one more stoplight east.

Hands down, the worst Burger King ever. Rude employees, dirty store, and awful food, this Burger King has it all.
First of all, this Burger King is filthy. Always has been, and probably always will be. The inside of the restaurant is never clean, probably mainly due to poor management of the lazy employees that work there. Though I usually stick to drive-​thru, it still means I still get the pleasure of dealing with these lazy idiots. I ordered my food, noticing on the screen that was overcharged for an item that was on a special promotion. When I inquired about it at the window, the rude girl at the window told me «I don’t believe you, I haven’t heard of that and we don’t participate in promotions». I informed her it was on the radio today and they said all Burger Kings were participating. She nastily insisted that they’re a franchise and they don’t do promotions. Liar! I’ve been to this Burger King in the past and they participated in all nationwide promotions. She continued her surly act through giving me my change and rolled her eyes and acted like it was a huge bother when I asked her for dipping sauce and ketchup. When I asked for an extra container of sauce, I was told by rude girl that «anything over one container of sauce will cost extra». Way to cheap out, BK! Keep it klassy!
Lastly, to add insult to injury, my food was barely warm (clearly barely reheated) and cooled down in a nanosecond after getting it. Ugh. Between how I was treated by the employees and the terrible food, I’ll never visit here again. Gross!
If you want a good Burger King experience (kind of an oxymoron, I know!), skip this dump and go up the road to the one by Sawgrass Mills. Avoid this awful place like the plague!

I have to give credit to this Burger King, they are quick and always give me the items I order. However, the people that work there can be rude. The prices are comparable to other fast food restaurants in the area and they participate in all promotional offers. I go there often and I would recommend this Burger King to other people in the area.
