Great Disney parks discount store. Found reduced Mickey ears for our upcoming trip!!! So cheep. And very friendly associates. Very much a Disney park feel to the store. Love the music in the store also! Located in Sawgrass Mills Shopping center.

I like this Disney’s Character Warehouse store because you can get official Disney merchandise at 50% off or better. The «cast members» also do pin trading here and the store is relatively large with a lot of different merchandise.
I’m only giving three stars because they need a little improvement in their phone tree and their returns process. I bought something at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom, that turned out to be defective, so I called this store to find out if I could return the item here. The answer is yes. I was frustrated because when you call the store, you have to leave a voicemail and wait for them to call you back because apparently the phone does not ring directly to the store. So I waited to get my «yes» and then went to return my item.
In the store the first employee acted like she didn’t want to return the item. She went to a second employee, who also acted like he didn’t want to accept the return, until finally he goes to the manger, who says yes. The employees needed additional guidance from the manger before they were able to complete my return. I felt like I was treated as if I were trying to cheat the store, which is a shame, since I was returning a defective item. The customer experience reflected a lack of cast member training. In other situations the staff here has been nothing but nice, but I have noticed a high amount of staff turnover, which may explain the lack of training.
Overall the good selection of merchandise and low prices (for Disney) will keep me coming back.
