I mostly use the ATM outside of the bank to withdraw/​deposit money or deposit checks. I don’t find myself coming here very often but when I do I don’t have a bad experience.
I rarely go inside but when I have gone inside the employees have been helpful. This Chase is right across the street from sawgrass which is very
Overall, this bank is useful and has three ATM’s. Two in the drive thru and one outside of the bank itself by the front door.

I am having a hard time understanding why you are not able to deposit cash into a Chase account unless you are an account holder… I was depositing $ 100 for my 20 year old daughter who is disabled and needs diapers but they refused my money because I don’t have an account with Chase Bank! This is ridiculous! Because of money laundering… Are you telling me they can put security checks in place that if they are a pattern in a software algorithm that can catch that type of thing! Of course they can but instead they don’t make it clear to people in big bold statement somewhere «account holder ONLY YOU CAN DEPOSIT CASH into your account». I’m flabbergasted.

Very good experiences every time I’ve come to this location. The tellers are very friendly the drive-​through moves very quickly and the bank has two ATM machines which are capable of deposits as well. It’s a very convenient location right off NW. 136th Ave. and off I 595 and the Sawgrass Expressway. It’s also literally right in front of the Sawgrass Mall.
