Dunkin’ Donuts

I rarely do this, but I feel the need to update my review and remove a star.
I go to this location pretty much 5 times a week. Since I wrote my last review there was a change in management and staff (again)…and not for the better. I do understand that dealing with people who haven’t had their morning coffee yet can be taxing, however when you work customer service you put your smile on and at least make people feel good about choosing your location. The girls at the register rarely smile and the thank you is so insincere that I starts my day off bad, wondering what I did to make them so unfriendly towards me. There is literally 1 pleasant person (at least towards me) and he is usually the person making the coffee not ringing the customers.
There are 3 locations near my home, however this one is the most convenient on my route to work. I may need to think about leaving 10 minutes earlier to hit a friendlier location a few minutes out of the way.

I think they have improved their service! Lines can still be long for coffee but seem to being consistent with service. Having a large variety of donuts has also been better (lots of options).

Horrible service. I normally get a couple of boxes of Joe for my work meetings because the store is close to my house!!! I Ordered 2 boxes of Joe and 2 dozen assorted donuts the night before and paid with my American Express to expense out. I go in at 645 am to pick it up and the clerk charges me again because she didn’t know I was charged the night before. What happened to communicating within the team? Very disappointing… Now I know where not to order from!

They wouldn’t honor a promotion they were advertising on their own menu. Happy hour all drinks are 1.99 between 3 and 6. Even the cashier was telling «his boss» that it clearly says it on the menu. Employees here are rude and the hygiene is lacking. Saw a girl sucking on her thumb complaining of a cut while making coffees. Gross. I don’t expect much from a dunkin donuts but this one is pretty bad.

Everytime I go into this Dunkin they screw up my order. I am not ordering anything hard to make. And when I tell them it’s wrong they argue and say it’s not. This has happen the last few times I have come here.

Workers here are very nice, but I used to stop here before work and four days in a row they screwed up my iced coffee. When I asked them to fix it, they never did. After four times, I felt silly for going back even that many times. All I wanted was an iced coffee with one pump of syrup. Nothing too complicated.

This specific location did not show on my initial Unilocal search. No show on «Dunkin». no show «Dunkin donut». It finally showed up on search for «Dunkin’ Donuts” – with «s» on the end.
There were no previous Unilocal reviews, so I assume this problem has been going on for a while
