Forever 21

Only here because my daughter loves this place. Don’t get me wrong the clothes are trendy, cute & some of quality, but these sale employees attitudes & lines are the problem.

This place is ridiculous! Slow slow employees you would think its Christmas time. 5 people behind the counter 2 cashiers. The line is about 40 people deep. Let’s get back to customer service

Store is great, very big and lots of items in stock. Worth the drive from Miami. Store associates are nice enough, however the manager is the entire reason why this place gets one star. The store manager (I think her name is Jessica?) is one of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever had the displeasure of being rung up by. She’s dismissive and rude for no reason, at all.
I’ll never understand why such people are in the service industry.

My daughter’s love this place and it’s economical for my pockets.
The store is big and enough room for customers to move around. Just wish they had some seats for the guys since we are like in lala land after our girls

I’ve never been a huge fan of Forever 21. I’ve always thought that their clothes were very poorly made. Anytime I’ve bought clothes from here they have fallen apart within a few weeks of purchase. Because of this I have decided to never buy clothes here again. I do, however, really like their jewelry. I have bought quite a few pieces that I wear all the time. I receive compliments all the time whenever I wear my Forever 21 jewelry. The jewelry is the only thing that keeps me coming back.

A gigantic shop of womens’ clothes, but surprisingly for me, they also have a small men’s section as well. Nicely spaceous corridors and plenty of staff, but boy is the cash registers a bottleneck! There’s a zig-​zagging queue that slowly crawls forward. No hope of a quick grab.

Although it has been some time since this happened, I had to update this epic failure of an experience in customer dissatisfaction. After I wrote this review, I received a phone call from Forever 21’s corporate office. They were beyond apologetic and promised to send me complimentary swag via mail for my trouble. What did I receive?
OH YEAH. NOTHING.
Dig that hole deeper, Forever 21.

Ok, so the first question you may ask is «why the hell were you in this store?», lol. Let me preface this by saying that I was looking for some cheap, inexpensive leggings and tees to lounge around in and run errands in, which is why I chose this teeny bopper store to begin with.
This place has always been hit or miss with me. Most of the time I find nothing to my satisfaction, but every once in a while I find a cute, unique bargain item. This time around I found nothing but a large beaded necklace that was cheap and that matched perfectly with an outfit I own, so I decided to go ahead and purchase it.
My biggest issues with this particular store are the lines and the crowds! My friend and I waited for about 20 minutes to check out. There were only 3 registers open and a sea of little girls engulfing the checkout area, which is absolutely ridiculous. What annoyed me the most is the fact that there were 3 employees just lounging around and 3 empty registers on the other side of the store. I also don’t like this location because it is located in Sawgrass Mills, which is always crowded and congested. And if you choose to try on clothing items? Forget it about it, be prepared to wait in line for about a half hour.
