Really nice customer service. They are very helpful and friendly. There are a lot of nice stuffs, especially nice affordable purses and wallets, also a lot of beautiful jewelry. I bought a watch for my boyfriend for only $ 50 last time, a great discount, but it is beautiful and looks expensive!

i am completely upset the night manager i just spoke to was very nice their was this really rude dominican dark midget manager with blue glasses not doing his job i swear hispanics abuse hispanics
the only person that was on point was an older korean or filipino lady that helped me super awesome !!
everyone else is shit !
please make sure you check your receipts they over charged me 5 dollars for a box for a full price watch i purchased and i am not happy at all and i have to go back so if your on vacation or traveling like me please check all your reciepts in saw grass mall !

Awesome service! That’s usually the first thing I look for then I check out prices. At Fossil I got both. Outstanding service from a Rep named Chris (female) and great prices. Picked up two very nice watches with leather straps for $ 100. They have bags and wallets also. I would definitely shop here again.
