This place is horrendous. The employees never ask you if you need anything and their prices are insanely high. When I brought in a collection to trade they told me it would take a couple of days. When I called a week later to check on the status since they hadn’t called me back they said they couldn’t help me because they were too busy with Black Friday. Not only did they not offer to call me back when they had free time but they wouldn’t even put a manger on the phone. They literally told me I couldn’t talk to the manager. I called two days later and asked to speak with a manager who informed me that she couldn’t get to the collection and it would be another few days. So finally after waiting three weeks I called again and they said they still hadn’t gotten to it yet and it would be a few more days. They claimed the reason they didn’t get to it was because the store was going out of business and they were too busy with that to deal with my collection. I decided to return to the store to get my collection back. These people don’t care about what they do or how they treat customers. Honestly just go to an independent music store to get your music. At least those employees care about the business they’re in and undertand the value of their customer base.

Their Blu-​Rays are grossly overpriced. Do not buy here. Some were $ 30 more than other retailers.
