Employees are rude and have 0 customer service. There are 15+ employees standing behind the cash register chatting to each other and not helping the ever growing line. Management should step it up

This location is in the Sawgrass Mills Mall. It is ALWAYS packed. I come here to purchase stuff for the boys. Honestly, I am not a fan of Gap clothes for myself, but the shorts and certain shirts are great for the boys. The quality of their cargo shorts and pants are really excellent. They’re durable, take a beating, and don’t fall apart.
They have clothes for men, women, children, toddlers, and infants. They have belts, hats, boxers, etc. They have an enormous inventory. They always have sales and if you are content to dig through the clearance items, you may end up lucky with an excellent find.
The one thing that impresses me about this store is the organization of the place. These employees at this location are completely on their game. Everything is almost perfectly organized when I come here — even the clearance section is organized! If there is one thing that will send me out the door of any store, without making a purchase, is an unorganized store. It makes my head spin. Customers throwing stuff around irritate me. When I come here, I make sure to put everything back as I found it. I want it to be neat for the next person. It also makes me feel a little guilty if I mess something up and don’t fix it. Yeah, yeah, I’m a tad obsessive.
In addition, the employees are helpful and friendly. If you need something, just look around, someone is always walking the floor. Not only is it a good idea to prevent theft, but it’s excellent for when someone needs assistance.
The check-​out lane is roped off to allow customers an easy check-​out. I love stores that have a clearly marked lane. This store got it right.
It’s clean, but they have some construction going on, towards the back/​in the middle of the store, at the moment, so watch your step.
This will be my go-​to store for the boys for many years to come. The prices can be high, but they have lots of sales and coupons floating around. Plus, I promised myself that I wouldn’t pay full retail price for their clothes anymore, so the coupons and sales make up for the price of the clothing. It also fulfills the promise I made to myself.
A little advice if you’re going to come to this location: Come during the week, early or later in the evening. It really does stay busy, but these times seem to be better than most. Otherwise, it’s insanity. If I’m alone, I can handle the crowds, but with children? No, it’s a bad idea. Try to leave the kids at home. When you’re finished battling the crowds, check out the Godiva store. It’s just down the corridor. Treat yourself to something sweet, after all, you made it through here and earned it. ;)

I forgot to pack an extra sundress and top and ended up coming here. Totally lucked out since they had summer items on sale. Got a Navy sundress and a white and gray t-​shirt for a steal.

It’s the Gap, except much cheaper stuff than your regular Mall Gap. It seems like everything is on sale here and the place is PACKED. This is arguably the most active «outlet» in the Sawgrass and the line to pay is always packed.
I don’t really care much for Gap clothes, but women are crawling all over this place and the employees, though young, really seemed up beat when I went in and helped out with any and everything. Plenty of jeans half off.
Always looks for a Gap Outlet coupon before going. .. they almost always have one somewhere on the internet. Savings on top of Savings.

I would give this place 4 stars if it weren’t for the less-​than-​enthusiastic employees and how crowded it always is.
They have women’s, Menes, maternity, kids, and baby clothes at this outlet store.
It’s a big store with tons of merchandise. Don’t expect the same cheerful employees that you see at the regular Gap stores.
