I originally found this place via Groupon. I had a lot of tapes to be transferred. We don’t have a VHS machine any more. Harold was quick, responsive and thorough. He showed me all his equipment. You won’t believe the machines he’s got. He explained the process and called me with updates. When I got the tapes back he had labeled them for me using the info off the tape boxes. It’s been nice to see the tapes. We hadn’t seen them in a long time. Thanks

I cannot say enough positive things about HB Media Solutions! Harold went above and beyond! I was trying to get some Super 8 reels converted onto DVDs to give to a very ill friend of mine and Harold was so helpful in explaining the process and made me feel very confident in leaving such precious memories in his hands. He told me I could expect the DVDs in a few weeks, which was totally reasonable given the stack of film I had left him. Well, a few days later, I called Harold to see if there was any way I could get the DVDs done any quicker as my friend’s health sadly took a turn for the worse. He said he would do his best to get them to me within ten days, which again, was more than generous. Imagine my surprise when Harold called me just a day or so later saying I could pick up the DVDs! He told me that he and his team had worked overnight to make sure my friend could have the DVDs as soon as possible. I couldn’t believe it and was so, so grateful. The DVD’s came out absolutely beautiful, as did the USB files that I had also asked Harold for. My friend could not be happier and absolutely loves revisiting the memories in the DVDs. I would 100 percent, wholeheartedly, recommend Harold and HB Media Solutions for any digital media project you might have!

This guy is the real deal — trustworthy fast efficient — in NYC when we lived there we had a bad experience w a store who lost/​destroyed all the tapes we left for conversion — we have nothing from when our daughter was 2years and under so was understandably nervous to try this again — rest assured this store and proprietor are more than worthy of your trust & your business

Harold just completed my order to convert 13 VHS camcorder tapes to DVD. The DVD’s came out great, and he was well priced. He is a little rough around the edges, on the phone, but in person he is better and his work was great. I will definitely use his services in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about Harold of HB Media Solutions. I am a professor and have been using videos as an instructional tool for years now. Unfortunately I have been relying on old VHS cassettes and two that I needed for a class the following week broke. The tape inside one of them tore and the other jammed and would not move beyond a certain point. After hearing about my dilemma Harold not only was able to get them both fixed and copied onto to DVDs, but made it a rush job and got them back to me the next day. I will be using his services again and referring others to HB Media Solutions.
