I don’t know how KFC Corporate or whoever hasn’t come and done something with this location. It is the absolute worst. Is there something wrong with the computers because they seem to have an impossibly hard time putting the order in. However, once you get the food SOMETHING will be wrong. It never fails. Something will be missing, the drink will be wrong, or what you wanted will not be available. Every.single.time. We don’t even pull off when we get our food anymore, because we know it will be wrong. Fix it Colonel!!!

Disgusting and rude. I always come here because it’s the closest kfc near the area. I understand their job isn’t the best but after ordering through delivery it took about 10 minutes for them to understand me. After pulling up to the drive through they roll their eyes because I asked for extra ketchup. Please KFC, your customers are important. Treat us with respect and we do the same.

I went through the drive thru here a couple days ago and ordered the famous bowl combo. After my order I was faced with a 15 minute wait. When I got to the window I was upset with the wait and I could hear other customers behind me complaining as well. When I got to the window I stated to the woman who was working it. «I’m sorry but that was the longest I have ever waited in a drive thru is there anything you can do about this?» And she stated. «Well you aren’t waiting for your food it is right here.» I responded. «I’ve been waiting for a long time.» «But ma’am your food is right here do you not want it anymore? You aren’t the person waiting for their food.» I said «Look myself and everyone behind me as been waiting because of the person ahead of us didn’t get their food. Just because my food is ready now does not mean I did not wait.» The manager came in and gave me two biscuits but I am not satisfied with the service here.

Again out of dark meat. I have been coming to this location for years — slowww drive thru, many times out of one type of recipe or another, people working drive thru with weak grasp of English. It is near my house but I will no longer come to this location.

More times than I can count, this location doesn’t have chicken. It isn’t necessarily that they aren’t stocked; it’s that they’re incredibly stupid and don’t cook chicken in advance. We were told it would take 20 minutes to get some chicken breasts, but that didn’t include the additional 15 minutes to prepare it, bread it, etc.
We never ask to speak with a manager, but this time it couldn’t be avoided. The only positive outcome from coming here was that the manager gave our (very large) order to us for free along with a free dessert/​cake.
I won’t be coming back here ever again. I’d advise you to steer clear; they probably won’t have any chicken.

Evidently, if you want chicken, this is not the place to go, contrary to the name. This is right near our house, so it is conveniently located when we want fast food that is not burgers. Last year was the last time I went there until last night. The reason I avoid it is that in the past it always takes a really long time and then the last time I went through the drive thru last year and this is what I heard, «Welcome to KFC, we ain’t got no chicken»!!! Are you kidding me? So I avoided it since then until last night hubby had a special request for a chicken bowl. I drive up and guess what? «We don’t have the chicken for the chicken bowl»! What? OK, so I try to change my order on the fly and get him mashed potatoes, (he needed something soft because he just had dental work done) and when I asked for potato wedges too, she says, «that’ll be a while, like 6 minutes.» Not wanting to wait 6 minutes, I just got him his mashed potatoes and left. I was able to go through the Wendy’s drive through and was home before 6 minutes was up. No 3^rd strike is needed here, I will not be returning. If you are not going to have the food on your menu, then why be open?
