I really enjoyed my experience here. It’s ran by mother & daughter in an intimate setting so appointment are needed. My mani was done by the daughter & pedi by mom. Both took their time & everything came out looking awesome! I got gel on my nails & it lasted 3 weeks before I soaked it completely off. Another plus is the prices were reasonable too. I definitely will return & recommend them to others. Sunny

Purchased a Living Social(LS) Signature Spa Manicure and Pedicure for $ 34. Supposedly a $ 70 deal. When I got there I looked at the prices on the board, and the same thing I paid for through LS would have cost me $ 35(pedi/mani $ 20/$ 15 respectively) so I saved a dollar! Even the salon owner reiterated that I saved a $ 1.00. It’s in a bldg. where the rooms are rented out to individual salon businesses. They have nail, hair, and probably facial services offered by different establishments in the different salons. The room was small and crowded and there was an opening to the salon next door, which I didn’t know if it was connected to them or not. The woman who did my nails and I assume was the owner, and I believe her daughter do the services. They had their grandson/son there, who was watching a show on an iPad of some sort, and eating glazed donuts, which they passed in front of my face. It was not at all conducive to a $ 70 spa service. I could get better at a local Asian salon. The two women were not very friendly either. They didn’t greet me, nor the other patron, who came as I was finishing up, with anything I would consider welcoming. I asked for French pedicure and was charged an additional $ 5, which I agreed to. Although the voucher requests you tip on the price of what the deal would cost, I tipped 20% on what I actually paid and felt that was over tipping. The mani/pedi was nothing to write home about. Not a relaxing atmosphere. Keep the kid at home. Won’t be back. I’m tempted to call Living Social and complain to them about the supposed deal this«spa» is giving.

First off, booking an appointment is easy. Their hours are flexible. The location was a little tough for me to find, but YES, it’s in the place that looks like a salon and you walk through a few hallways to find the small suite. The suite is small, but clean. The environment is more personal, not a place that you’d go to have a spa day, but a place you go if you want quality work done. It’s more of a personalized experience. You get a few things here you won’t find any where else and that’s starting with customer service. It’s a no-frills nail salon that takes one client a a time and it definitely shows in their work. It’s affordable and the detail and time they put in to make sure you are happy is beyond compare. The woman who did my mani/pedi made my nails beautiful and you could tell she wasn’t going to stop not only until I was satisfied, but until she was as well! The manicure was longer than the pedicure, as I got the gel acrylic, but well worth it. Like I said, it’s a place to go by yourself if you just want a job well done, but not a «pamper yourself» necessarily. Either way, they definitely deserve 4 stars! I rated them 5 on their facebook because they are a small kind of business and deserve all the recognition and support they can get. Only rating 4 on Unilocal, because stacking up against other places I’ve been, I wouldn’t be able to hands down say it was the best, but it was most definitely up there! I’m a fan :)
