Mattress Firm Sawgrass Mills

I was contacted by the general manager shortly after this review was written. He apologized and made attempts to make things right. He was very nice and helpful. We are now satisfied with the outcome.

Horrible experience buying a mattress here. Mattress that was purchased 2 years ago started to develop a sag. My wife and I would wake up sore and unrested. Contact Mattress firm to advise of situation. They sent out an inspector who told us it was compressed enough for replacement over warranty. Several weeks later received regular post mail that mattress was not sagging enough so warranty would not cover it. Wife and I could not sleep on this mattress much longer so we went shopping. Made the mistake of going back to Mattress firm to see if we would get a better deal since we were previous customers. Talked in to buying a low end memory foam mattress. Used it for 30 days and decided to exchange it due to being way too hard. Replaced it with a hybrid mattress that was way too soft. Returned this mattress and box spring for full refund. After 2 months still waiting for refund. Contacted Mattress Firm by phone and regular mail. They informed me they are still looking into my account. In the mean time I am required to make the monthly payment. I will never again guy a mattress from mattress firm. I went to several different Mattress Firms and received horrible customer service. WARNING!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
