I don’t mind confessing that when it comes to dive– and swimwear, I’ve always favoured Hurley and Billabong over other brands.
That all changed last night when I dropped by O’Neill to purchase a gift for my dad. I inquired about the wetsuits and Zxxx M., my rep, took me to where they were being displayed and proceeded to explain the features benefits of each. He conveyed a genuine knowledge of the products he offered, and he even took the time to give me a brief rundown on the history of the company.
I initially left the store empty-​handed, but returned moments later to complete my purchase and reacquaint myself with a brand I thought I’d never know. (Trust me, not every sentence you write has to make sense.) Shopping at O’Neill was a five-​star buying experience worth sharing, and I’m fairly confident that your experience will be similar, if not, better.
