This is the worse TMobile store I have been in. The people in there were unfriendly, had no basic information, and walked away as I was asking a question. When I was able to ask my question again; I felt like I was interrupting their day (even though I was the only one in at the time) so I left. Luckily there is one near my house that is much better.

Fast friendly service! Went here to pre order iPhone 6 Plus. There was a problem with computer system because so many orders being place for iPhones but they kept trying!

Wouldn’t spend a buck here. Rude staff horrible customer service! Everyone nice at the beginning but when trouble comes and they have to serve you, suddenly there is no one around to help. Shame!

After 3 phone calls to the store for assistance I went in on a Thursday evening because the gentleman I needed to speak with concerning my phone would be working. I was told that an associate had been arrested and that schedules had to be changed. Sam, the associate I spoke with was rude and dismissive at best. There was absolutely no professionalism what so ever. When I asked for a manager I was told that if I wanted to talk to someone I could call the store tomorrow.
Do not go to this store. There is no customer service here. I wouldn’t spend $ 1 here.

This place has awesome staff. I was a damsel in distress; found a phone booth at the nearby gas station but it had a HORNETS NEST inside it… no way I was using that. I found the nearby T Mobile and they let me use their newest model cell phone to attend to my business and get back on my way.
