My experience at the store was great. Even though I had my mind set on getting a bike, I was very unsure of what to get. Daniel was a big help and the way the store is set up, it was easy to focus on the range of bikes that I wanted to look at. Trek also had a great 0% same as cash financing offer/option which you should check out. If you are not sure about getting a Trek and overwhelmed by all the brands: I had a Giant DS2 long time ago, and last week I bought a diamondback overdrive and then straightaway returned it, I also test rode and Cannondale lefty; the feel on the Trek tops them all. Very satisfied and would recommend both the brand and the store.

Great Service Department, but expect to Pay close to Trek MSRP for bikes. Definitely go to this shop, conveniently located near the Sawgrass Mall and BB&T Center. In with Chipotle, and Starbucks by IKEA.

My husband and I bought Groupons for a service for both of our bikes here. We found the staff to be very friendly and we were satisfied with the service. We live close by and I was out riding one day when I got a flat tire. I had no money and no spare. I pumped my tire up 3 times before making it to the Trek store. Saul, the front desk person offered to pay for my tire repair until I could come back and pay for it. I was overwhelmed by the courtesy, helpfulness and friendliness of all the employees who helped me get back on my bike that day. I highly recommend the store and the staff and I feel safer knowing they have my back in a crisis. Thanks Guys!!!

1.) The store is very nice, a bit small, well organized, they have the elementary stuff but I wish there was a greater choice in general because it doesn’t exactly reflect what they show online. 2.) Staff is very nice, takes time, is not pushy to sell something no matter what. 3.) and here is the BUT. A few items I saw there were higher priced than retail prices even from the official Trek Online Store website; and this is supposed to be an official Trek retail store. I saw a 20% increased price in two items where I knew the price by memory.

I stopped by Trek Bicycle Store of Sunrise looking for a top of the line mountain bike as a gift. The shop had a very well arranged display of varying bicycles, I found the staff very pleasant and their repair and bicycle maintenance area to be one of the best equipped ever. The Trek bicycles all appeared to me very well engineered, made of top quality materials and indeed all comparable in quality to a Mercedes Benz Mountain bicycle(yes they really do manufacture bicycles but of course no AMG editions) I’ve ridden, and even with their«Superfly,» «Lush» and«Remedy» models just to name a few, being considerably less or at least comparable in price. Besides their top of the line models ranging in prices from around $ 3,000 up to what I would consider to be stratospheric for a bicycle they have a good number of rather reasonable for what you get models priced well under the fat grand $ 1,000 marker. In all in all if you’re really into a «top of the line» bicycle and find the expense necessary or worth it, you can hardly go wrong shopping it here. The reader should, however, put a grain of salt into any of my bicycle observations since the fun of a bike to me is measured by its bored out cubic inches as in tweaked out and dressed Harley or Indian.

I visited the shop when I first got into biking. The Trek store is a very nice place but I felt the customer service was a little lacking. The pricing is a bit high but as expected when going to a manufacturer store. I once called to get a fitting for my Trek and never heard back so I called again and still again never heard back. I guess I will take my business to the store in Lauderdale as that store has VERY nice and helpful people working there.

I am torn here with this review. This store is a full service repair shop with a sales center. I work around the corner. I actually don’t own a Trek I have a Giant, but I always come in to pick up either a Co2 or a Tube and to look at the new models and stay up to date with specs and models. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, but I can’t get over how expensive everything is here. Co215g refill is $ 4 – 5 bucks. Tires can run you $ 50 + Don’t get me wrong top quality and brand but you can get the same product, brand-quality for less money at a mom and pop store.
