Worst parts ever. Went here 4 times for a screen. And Delt one time to a guy who comes to your house. Never broke again. And they just gladly take your money every time. The fuckery is real in this store.

These guys are great. Took my phone in to get the glass repaired a few months back and it came the slightest bit seperated at the top of the screen. Prob my fault tho from dropping numerous times and loads of direct sunlight out on the boat. Point is I went back and they took it back, fixed it free of charge, and threw in a fresh glass screen cover free of charge. I think the owners name is Joey. He’s a stand up guy and he has an extremely friendly and professional staff. I recommend this place to anyone for a fair price and outstanding service

I had an excellent experience with the cracked iPad screen. I went in for a price quote, Joey was very friendly and professional. He provided me with the best quote and took his time to explain the pricing. After about two hours, my iPad was ready and working great. I am from Tampa and he provided excellent service. Very pleased with how efficient they are. Thank you!!!

This people suck. Not professional at all. I went for a screen change on my phone. They broke the phone in pieces. Took them 2 weeks to give me back my phone and they didn’t even pay for a new one. I left with a phone in 20 pieces. Lost all my pictures and contacts because of them!

The service was great. However, they use sub-​par replacement parts. I had 3 iPhone screens replaced. Within a month, all three screens cracked. One was in an Otter case. Mine broke on a 1 foot drop. My original Apple screen took a beating before it actually cracked. My conclusion is they use cheap replacement parts. I will never use them again and will take my phones to Apple for repair.
Don’t waste your hard earned money!

This location is super nice. It’s located right next to Ikea so you know what to do while you are waiting! The store is clean and modern. I dropped my phone to be unlocked and it was ready really fast. Joey was honest and upfront about pricing. He was knowlegable and competent. After reading reviews about other cell phone repair shops I was cautious. Now that I had such a positive experience, I would not hesitate to come back.

I recently had my HTC One screen repaired. They told me that my phone was particularly hard phone to repair but they seemed pretty confident that they could do it.
When I got the phone back the power button was recessed, the volume button was damaged from where they pried the phone open and my loud speaker was distorted at high volumes.
When I went back to the store they would even look at the phone. They were not helpful and had absolutely no recommendation on what I should do next.
$ 170 plus tax. BE CAREFUL!

I purchased this a coupon on Groupon for 49.00 to fix an iPhone 4 screen. The store was nice, and the staff was friendly.
I was disappointed to find out that it would take hour and half to install. (–1 star)
They were also out of black glass and so I had to get a white face, or wait until they ordered more black glass. Now I have a white iPhone with a black home button. (–1 star)
I also paid to have a screen protector put on for 5 $ which I thought was a great price. They also installed it there. I was disappointed to see when I picked it that it was not put on square and hangs off on the left side of the phone.
They do offer cases but they are overpriced compared to Amazon.

People of Broward County, if you are looking for a place to have your Kindle fixed, this Sunrise location is the way to go. I brought in two Kindles (one had a broken screen, the other power plug problem) and asked if the parts from one Kindle could fix the other. In less than an hour, I received a fixed Kindle! I am very happy with the speedy service. Thanks fellas! Continue your success!
