Clean and nice to get your car repaired.

If I could give negative stars for a review I would. This business has major issues. I have taken two cars here for new tires, bad choice by me. Both cars had a full set of tires installed and both cars tires had to be rebalanced as the equipment and «mechanic» did not do their job properly. Additionally, the staff here managed to loose a lugnut and not even mention it to me. Only found out lug was missing when in for different issue. Major safety issue that they staff there barely batted an eye about.
Incompetence!
Go somewhere else, anywhere else!

Went for an oil change with free tire rotation. Now I know why the tire rotation was free. It’s because they don’t bother to tighten the lug nuts! I just came from my regular mechanic because my car wasn’t running right. He told me my tires were loose and it was a miracle I didn’t get killed!!!

I must agree with review from 9÷12÷14. We had been going to this place for many years with good service. I took my car there ¹⁄₂₀₁₅ for oil change. A few days later by chance I went back into garage after pulling my car out and discovered fluid on floor of garage. The problem: a loose drain plug on oil pan I tightened it myself but this was a red flag. I should not have gone back but in June 2015 I went back for another oil change. This time they also recommended brake and power steering fluid changes. Being on a budget I opted for brake fluid but not the power steering fluid. When I got home I thought I would check steering fluid myself. I came to find out my 2010 Corolla has electronic power steering and has no power steering fluid. Thus they were trying to rip me off by selling me something my car could not possibly use.
I called them and challenged them on this and they tried to chalk it up as an honest mistake but I knew they were lying. I am done doing business with them. They actually told me the steering fluid was dirty. How could it be dirty if there is no fluid in my car? That is how I knew they were lying.

This isn’t a place to go unless you know exactly what you want done. This is a textbook snake pit.
I have lived in this area for 20 years and would have my cars serviced here.
They used to be one of those gems that you were glad to find and would refer them to every one
I don’t know what has changed over the years but, I kind of overlooked the mistakes here and there over the years, paid them anyway and thought that the «team» might just be in transition or something.
Its the small things like lose battery connections, cheap parts and just plain feeling like everything is over priced or just a rip off.
I like this place but, things change over time and for me, its time to move on after many years.
Its a buyer be very aware here. I would love to go back here but would have to hear something nice from at least 30 reviews over a few years time before I returned.

Snakes — watch out for this company, especially if you don’t know much about auto repair. They’ll be nice to gain your confidence but once they can tell you aren’t knowledgeable they’ll take your money in a heartbeat.
This was our family go-​to for auto repair for years, but since the new owner took over it’s been big trouble. About a year ago they forgot to put oil in my engine during a routine change. How could they not tell? The knocking as soon as I started it was all I needed to hear. I never returned.
Later, my mother-​in-​law had a bad feeling about some repairs they recommended, but only after the new owner took charge — not before. Maybe her female BS detector went off for some reason? She’s pretty sharp.
Last week my wife went in to check on a plug I had used on a small screw-​hole in newer tire just to be safe, and walked out $ 150 poorer. When I complained that the tire was fine, they told me first that they didn’t tell her she needed a new tire, they just RECOMMENDED it. I’m sure I can imagine how that conversation went — she’s no pushover but she doesn’t know cars. Second, they don’t install plugs so that never came up. Of course they don’t install plugs — it would cost 25-​cents and take a minute so there’s no money in it for them.
I don’t think it’s any accident that both of the women in my family felt uncomfortable at Weston Tire and Auto. It’s a shame after so many years of more reliable service. I can go on about our neighbors as well but think I’ve made my point. Apparently the other reviewers share my opinion.
Go to Golden Bear — they’re more expensive but you’ll get value for your money.
