I hate going into stores for anything now days. With e-​commerce making shopping so easy, driving to a store and waiting in line is painful to think about. However, there is always one store I will take the time and effort to buy directly from and it has everything to do with the people that work at this Verizon location. They are always friendly and quick to assist you. There is never any pressure to buy gadgets and widgets that you don’t need. No hassle, in and out and they keep their commitments. They honor their warranties and go way beyond when it comes to making their customers happy. Yuhei has been there for I think 5 years or so and we buy all of our devices from him. He listens to your needs. He doesn’t over sell things you don’t need or won’t use and he’s genuine. There’s no smoke and mirrors with weird contract language, etc. What he says, he honors. Now days, integrity and consistency in the staff is worth the drive 100 times over. Thanks Yuhei for your amazing service.

We went to this location because it was open late and on our way home. The store was surprisingly clean and welcoming. I will say that it was a little hard to find (a sign on the back of the building might help).
It took a little while to get to us, but everyone was very polite and professional. Then we met Yuhei… who was even better!!! He was honest, helpful, made us feel comfortable and valued, and did everything he could to make our experience a great one.
Yuhei and his manager both helped us to get the best deal, treated us with respect, and didn’t give us a hard time for bringing our overtired toddler. By the time we left, we felt like Yuhei was a friend. Maybe even more patient than a friend would have been when we couldn’t make up our minds.
In the end, we got the phones we wanted, the newest iPhone Lifeproof 6S case that wasn’t even on the shelf yet, and a really sweet rebate (bring your old smartphone to trade).

Horrible people.
I asked the associate what the battery life was on two models of a basic phone, she rolled her eyes and let out a sigh of frustration. They refused to trade in my unopened phone without a restock fee that was two days into the 15 day grace period. Unopened box! Beware! This place is terrible.

Whatever owner/​manager is reading this, the person that I talked to the other day was seriously awesome and even though I was in a frustrating situation (not of Verizon’s doing) they made me feel at least a bit at ease. I wish I wasn’t so flustered when I was there and I could remember her name. I think it started with an S and her hair has a streak of blue in it. Anyway, she deserves a raise for being friendly and understanding and legitimately doing her best to try and help me and, ultimately, being the reason I had a good experience at your store.
I’ve had experiences at Verizon stores before where it was a «oh, that’s too bad, but we can’t help you» attitude. Happy to say this was the opposite of that.

If you want customer service do not go to this Verizon location. Staff and management not helpful and almost annoyed when I had a problem with my phone within a months time.

This was the last straw for Verizon for me. Last month I spent 6+ hours on the phone and in person trying to untangle the web that Verizon had created. Beginning with compromising my credit card, then not being able to get me back on the same plan as I’d had my moms iPad on for the years before. Finally, after so much frustration, it seemed like they may have gotten it figured out. But then, when the account should have renewed, it didn’t, so my mom lost service again. I went to an authorized dealer first but they «can’t manage prepaid accounts» or even accept payment. So I drove to this store. They could take the payment but I’d have to have waited for what looked like a long line before they’d call in for me (which I can do from my house). Having taken the payment, I asked if her iPad should be back online, one guy said yes so I called to see. Nope, still the message that said she had no data. The other guy said that since it had been «suspended» it would take a few hours. Mind you, all this was because Verizon started charging my account $ 52 extra per month in April.
It’s worth it for me to mail my mom my iPad (I’m in Texas and she’s in Illinois) to make sure she gets coverage from AT&T in her house so I can switch her to the awesome AT&T and NEVER deal with Verizon again. Though I doubt it will be in business much longer with the way they do business.
To be fair, the people at this store were pleasant enough and I don’t blame them for the corporation being so poorly run that I can’t simply make a payment and get on a plan that renews monthly. Seems simple enough for every other sever in this country.

Went in to swap sim cards, there was a ~35 minute or so wait. When my turn came up, Zach helped me out pretty quickly. I was out with my new phone I had already purchased working. Experience as expected. Thanks guys!

My fiancé and I wanted to upgraded our phones. We decided to go to this location to purchase two new phones. On our way we called the store and put our name on the list. When we arrived at the store we checked in to make sure that our name was on the waiting list since there were quite a few people in the store. We wait for just over an hour for our name to be called. It was never called. My fiancé went up to the counter to see where we were in line and the girl told her sorry we don’t have you listed on the wait list. The guy who handles the list then comes over and says I called your name and you were not here. I then speak up and say sir we have been sitting in this exact spot the whole time our name was never called. He then apologizes and says your right I never called this name someone must have accidentally deleted your name. We can add you back on the list it will only be about another 20 minutes… what kind of customer service is that? This store is never organized and there is always some sort of issue with customers. We will never go here again.

Very good customer service. The managers at both this location and the South I35 store have been phenomenal. I will definitely continue coming to this store and doing business with Verizon.

OK… so I wanted the I6 and low and behold, Jamie helped me get it set up and even found a way for me to get the I pad too while lowering my bill! This was the only Store I never seem to have to wait… all the others its like, «Take a number» It was hard to find at first on account of the trees, but I happened upon it by accident and have already been back to get my husband a new phone with no wait time again!

I went to this Verizon store to help my mother buy a smart phone and return a tablet that another store talked her into that she did not need. Our salesperson was Patrick. He was helpful in discussing our options. But, it turns out he was deceptive and gave us a quote of $ 85/​month for a phone with data. He did not explain that they were going to require 2 months up front and that the real cost was $ 120/​month!!! My mother is on a fixed income and needs to plan any new expenses closely. Not only that, I went with her specifically to help pick the correct phone and accessories and prevent an expensive plan. He never showed us a detailed proposed bill, he just wrote the totals down which were wrong.
Also, they charged her a $ 70 restocking fee for the tablet she had 2 or 3 days. Then $ 37 fee to return the phone once we found out what the plan really costs.
Do not use this store if you are deciding to use Verizon. Especially do not work with Patrick he us deceptive.
It was so frustrating, if I could give negative stars I would.

I don’t know about other employees but if you make an appointment (vs just showing up) with Christina, you will have best customer service you can ask for.

Alright. So I went in furious. Needed to make a warranty claim on the same phone for the third time!!! Ugh! Tried to call to make an appointment and the girl on the phone was a rude, off putting word that rhymes with witch. I have several other complaints about this store to lengthy to type. However that’s not the reason for this update. Well, I ask to speak to the store manager. The manager, Trey comes out, listens while I basically tear the store a new ass. He takes inventory of my frustration. He lets me finish my tirade. Then like the true professional he is, proceeds to literally hit it out of the park with customer care and efficiency in work. Thank you Trey for redeeming, in part anyway, a store that I had almost completely lost my faith in. Nice job. Keep up the good work!

This place is ridiculous. I came in, waited an hour, asked if I could make an appointment instead of waiting longer and was given an appointment. I came back at my appointment time and was told I was behind 3 other people that had an appointment at the same time. What? What is the point of that. So here I wait to exchange my phone AGAIN.
I am editing this review to 3 stars because I want to be fair and once I finally received service, Scarlet was an excellent person to work with.

I’m not a Black Friday shopper… actually I am not into shopping at all if there are people besides me and the sales people around! Well, I had to make a purchase here on the day after Thanksgiving. Christina helped me and she did an excellent job with providing exceptional service. I see there are some bad reviews here too and I recommend to anyone reading this to simply set an appointment!

Went in and was told could trade in an old working Android and get a $ 200 gift card to be used on a new phone, turns out it was a complete lie. Wasted 20 minutes at the store and 10 minutes on the phone. Just going to deal with corporate from now on, because clearly some idiots are working there.

Come in to help a friend with their phone upgrade. The wait time with 2 people ahead of us was «10−15min» which turned into actually being 45min. They have 10 employees working on the floor at the moment with an additional 4 behind the counters. Was asked by 2 people before Roman finally came to help us. Roman was very helpful and took care of my friend, if you come in speak with Roman. The other employees seemed to mostly ignore and not acknowledge us, so that was a serious damper. If it wasn’t for Roman I would only have rated this a 2 star due to how the customer service was towards my friend and I as well as the other customers in the store.
So if they could bring in more employees with as outstanding and phenomenal customer service, they’d be set. He was personable, understanding, listened to needs, maintained good eye contact, smiled and was all around good.
Aside from Roman, the rest of the store as a unit for customer service was extremely poor. As someone who’s worked HR and customer service jobs, this was just a poor acceptance of it all.

Worst Verizon store I have ever been to. Customer service was horrible. While I did get there in the evening around 730pm, there was more staff in there than there were customers and yet I still had to wait over an hour to get any help. I asked multiple times why it was taking so long… «I know» was their response. Yep.
On top of that they started to not honor the extended warranty on my phone, and we had to push back. They offered no alternative (maybe, a crappy flip phone for my day of traveling so I could get by) to having it shipped to me back in LA since I was on vacation there for another day. I still have no phone. For as overpriced as their network is you’d think they’d at least offer decent customer service.
After this experience, plus the other two times I took my phone in with no mention of using my extended warranty to fix it, I will not be renewing my plan.
Update: If I could give negative stars I would. They did not ship my phone to me like I asked… they shipped it to my parents house. Now I will not have a phone for several more days.

I have mixed opinions here… My cell phone service is great, and my plan is better than my one at ATT. When my favorite girl is working I give them a 5 star, when she is busy and someone else has to help me it’s a 2 star.
My trips here are usually time friendly, everything I need is in stock, and for the most part ok … it’s a cell phone store.

So the owner of the Verizon store wrote an email to me apologizing for the experience I had at his store. I wanted to make it clear that his team was not the problem, rather the company itself.
His team did everything they could to help me, the computers were confusing. I raised my rating because at least they took the time to send me an email apologizing for the bad experience and that is customer service.
