All these bad reviews are lies. All the people that work at this Target Optical are phenomenal. They know exactly what they need to do and how to do it. They work with you as best they can to get you on your way. They are amazing and my family and I will continue to shop here as long as we need glasses. Thank you guys for being so amazing at what you do and your great customer service.

I’ve had glasses for 35 years. I received the most extensive
eye exam I’ve ever had. I read the previous reviews and they refer to a different
eye doctor. Dr. Mike is new here and he plans to stay.

My daughter failed her vision screening at school so we brought her in for a follow-​up. The doctor checked her out, said her eyes were perfect, and sent us on our way. Over the next year, our daughter really struggled in school, especially with reading, and we really weren’t sure why.
The following year she failed her school screening AGAIN, so we took her to another doctor. They said she was severly near sighted and that the problem was likely even worse the year before! They got her glasses and suddenly school work became manageable because she was actually able to see what she was reading.
It really upset me knowing how long she suffered with poor vision, especially since we took her to a doctor who said she was fine when it was really obvious she wasn’t. :(

Feel of a private doctor — convenience of target.
I love doctor Murphey — she really takes the time to make sure the health of your eyes are taken care of. I ignored her warning about having a back up pair of glasses and sure enough I ended up with a small eye infection but she fit me in for an emergency appointment on her day off! So impressed with the level of customer service. Best of all, you get the target promotions and convenient office hours to pick up items or adjust fit.
