Very good food. This is the place to go of not everyone in your party likes sea food. My husband is not a big fish eater and he had plenty to eat. He says the steak medallions are melt in your mouth tender. And the crab legs were always kept full, they even have two places for them. The staff is fun and friendly. Our waitress even helped crack some of my crab legs!

Great place for variety and fresh seafood. The crab legs were so good… how good??? I literally ate the most food I have ever eaten in my life when we went here. It is expensive but for all of the top notch sea food items on their menu it is one of those things that if you want cheap… go to Mc Donalds. Waiting staff has to bring you your melted butter, which we don’t really understand but at least we kept our waiter busy. So much food it can’t be spoken on. Very nice place for seafood and environment.

For one of the large usually overpriced seafood buffets in the area this place isn’t too bad. Good selection of various foods outside of simply seafood. If you want to eat at a seafood buffet, this would be the one I’d pick

What a wonderful experience. The food was delicious with a great selection between seafood and comfort food. Our server Kasey was great. She was extremely attentive and friendly. No drink was ever more than half way through before a new one came. A great value and experience for the price.

Well we were going to come to this place after some relatives said it was really good. Approaching it from the crowded parking lot and packed lines I felt like it must have been really good. The girl at the front said it would be about an hour wait, and we figured that wouldn’t be too bad. They had a performer out front and games to play so we thought it wouldn’t be too bad. As we were waiting I figured I’d go check out the buffet. After going to Capt. Benjamin’s the day before our standards were set pretty high, and we wanted to make sure it would live up to the standard. Welllllll walking into the buffet area I was quite disappointed. There was only one area of the buffet that even had seafood. The main reason most people go to one of these places is for the crab legs, and there was just a little area that was supposed to hold the boiled legs. However, the small bin had been raided several minutes earlier, and the only thing that was left were a few bad left over pieces. If this was my place I’d be embarrassed. I looked at the small buffet area that was supposed to hold the seafood, and the line was all the way across the restaurant as it was the only line and the only way to get your food A pretty bad set up I’d say. For the same price as Capt. Benjamin’s there was no way we were going to pay that and stay there. We packed up left, and brought my relative with us. They were more than happy at Capt. Benjamin’s and I don’t believe they’ll be going back to Crabby Mike’s any time soon. With all the different options that are in the area for the same price, this place would be a rip off.

I have been coming here for years. This place never disappoints. The crab legs will keep you coming back. There is always a wait so you either wait or come super early. The food is hot and never seems to run out on the buffet. Lots of seafood selections to choose from, a salad bar, many desserts, many sides and even pizza if you so desire.

Definitely a great seafood buffet! Came all the way from Summerville, SC to bring my sister who is down from Seattle on vacation! The sea scallops were excellent! Of course the Alaskan snow crab legs are the reason we came! Personally I loved it for my first time! Our server kept our beverages full and was very personable ! FRIENDLYFACESANDGOODEATS! Ask for Garrett you will be impressed

$ 29.99 per person with not so great food is pretty sad. I get that it’s a buffet but geez. Unless you’re eating your weight in crab legs, it’s not a good deal.

Reception was truly crabby(irritable) and rude. One might not expect great service at a high volume cattle call type buffet place. But actively rude service is unacceptable. If you are looking for good local seafood — not frozen fish and crab from the West Coast or farm-raised fish — there are much better choices in the area.

When my husband & I first started taking annual trips to Myrtle Beach we stumbled upon Crabby Mike’s and it’s been the only restaurant we continue to return to. We always try something new, restaurant wise, but we end up dissatisfied, agreeing«Crabby Mike’s is better. We won’t do this again»…and then we go to Crabby Mike’s the next day. We now have 2 small children who like it as much as we do. The food is always fresh & consistent, the service fast & friendly and the price is comparable to other seafood buffets with all you can eat crab legs but we feel it’s the best value because of the quality. The wait can be a bit long but it’s worth it.

We had a wonderful time here! There was a line outside, but the wait was only for 15 minutes, which in New York time is like 5 minutes(lol). The décor and staff are awesome! The food was delicious! We will be here again!

Your typical«Tourist Trap». VERY expensive! My Mother and I had the buffet with two ice Teas and a locals discount of $ 6 and it was still $ 64! These«beach buffets» are so overrated it’s pathetic. The food was good yet all I had was some salmon, wild rice, seafood medley and crab legs. Clearly we won’t ever be eating at these buffets ever again. But it’s a genius idea forMike and the rest who own these beach buffets cause they make a fortune.

It was worth the wait! An hour &15 minutes on a Wednesday night with crowds more waiting. We were here on vacation & while the rest of my family LOOOOVES seafood & raved over nearly all of it on their plates, especially the crab legs, I can’t stand seafood. No problem. There were more than enough meat choices for me & all were delicious(grilled sausage, prime rib, tender steak tips, baked ham, turkey roast, roasted & fried chicken, pulled pork.) The fried chicken was the best I’ve ever had. Sides were also very plentiful & so were desserts.

The service was good and the staff somewhat friendly. I dont like a lot of seafood so I went with a lot of the side dishes. Most of the things I got tasted old and like they had been sitting out for awhile. Crab legs and everything else was pretty good. Very crowded and a bit expensive.

I’m giving it 4 stars based on our server. Garrett was on top of it: old plates gone, new plates always available, drinks always refreshed and we left full. Stuffed deviled crab was the best out of all items. Salad was really fresh. The buffalo wings were really good. All of the items I had were good. There were some items that looked sketch but I didn’t try them. They should have the small forks for crab, would make it easier to get the hard to reach pieces.
