I’ll still give them 2 stars for actually fixing the iPad that we took in for a broken screen but after that it was all down hill. We arrived at 12pm and were told the iPad would be repaired long before the end of the day which they close at 6pm and we were told that we would be called when it was done. First we never got a phone call. I had to call at 5:45pm to be told that they didn’t finish the repair and really needed to let the iPad sit longer with the adhesive before we could pick it up. Asked that we pick up the next day. Ok fine we’ll pick it up tomorrow. Called at 11am the next day to verify completion. I was told the iPad was repair was complete and we could come and pick it up. We arrived at 12pm on our way to the beach. We get there and he brings out the iPad and turns on the display. Low and behold it doesn’t work. He takes the iPad in the back and tells me that somehow the connector came loose and he has reconnected and the screen now works fine BUT he had to take the screen off again in order to find this which means now I can’t have the iPad again because now he had to put more adhesive on the screen. Now the close at 4pm on this day so now I have to cut my beach day short and come back a third time when he’s done. Most places I go when something like this happens would at least offer some kind of discount for our troubles but we got nothing. Still had to pay full price for crap customer service.
