Great surprise! Enjoyed the ice cream, our server was alone, so there was quite a wait — other than the extraordinarily long wait — ice cream was delicious!

Any flavor, any topping, and we’ll just about any frozen concoction you can image it’s here!!! On average you should plan about $ 4 – $ 5 a person for what I consider a premium ice cream stop. Definitely a place to beat the heat.

GREATICECREAM! Tons of variety and really cool decoration inside! Staff did seem very young and talkative between one another while trying to be served but I will definitely be going back soon!

Fantastic place and the best ice cream we ever had, we stayed here for 3 nights and went there 4 times!!! Will go again once we are back, loved it so much. Someone left 1 star rating 8 months back it showed me, if your ice cream was not good, go to dairy queen and eat crap there. This busineess does not deserve your one star nor your self as a customer. I would say something else but i will end it here. When were are back visiting from chicago we will stop by here for sure! Service was very good too!!!

This is the best ice cream parlor on the beach. Great ice cream without breaking the bank. You can get dizzy from all of the choices. I ordered a soft ice cream with a cherry dip. Hardly anyone does that anymore. It was awesome. It was on one of those vines with the pre-dipped sprinkles and it was fresh and tasty.

This is our favorite ice cream place we have been going for years now and we’ve never been disappointed yes it can get busy at times but hey that’s the price we pay and it is well worth the wait, Pleasant staff and the ice cream is awesome with many different types to choose from

Definitely nothing special here. It is EXTREMELY over priced for average ice cream. I even tried their homemade waffle cone which again was mediocre at best. Not to mention the dining area was filthy. Do not waste your time or money here.

So ummmm yea… I ordered a banana split… the smaller version. Omg… if that was a small there is no where in hell I could eat a large. My treat was outstanding!

Don’t waste your time unless you like you ice cream minus the cream. The staff is also pretty lack luster. She seemed pissed off to let me try a few flavors. Other than that, it’s a fun place for kids who could careless on quality. The décor is fun!

The ice cream is so great. I had the cookie creation and it was oh so good. My kids got the kiddie cones with a homemade waffle cone and my husband got a rootbeer float. The staff was so friendly and very attentive. This will be a must when we come back.

Lines were out the door but they were quite fast with the orders. My whole family enjoyed their ice cream selections from the Fruity Crunch Punch sundae to the Cookie Lovers. Reasonable in cost, as well.

One of the best places to get ice cream in all of Myrtle Beach is Meyer’s Ice Cream Parlor. The lines can be long, especially at night when they are normally out of the door, but the line moves very quickly. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and there are plenty of flavors of ice cream.

What isn’t to love? Any flavor/concoction you could imagine. Hand dipped, soft serve, Italian ice, homemade waffle cones. You dream it they can do it. I am not a fan of hand dip, but if you get it in a sundae, shake, etc it doesn’t even matter! 3x this trip and many in the past! Would love a place like this back home! They know what a true sundae is! Not just vanilla with a squirt of butterscotch and pay extra for nuts, cherry w/c! Can’t rave enough!

In our week long stay at Myrtle Beach our family visited Meyer’s 4 times. It is by far the best ice cream on the coast. The long lines proves that but just hold tight, it’s worth the wait. I’d recommend the Rainbow Sherbet myself.

This place is a mile from the resort we are staying in on vacation. We stopped in yesterday for a snack. While outside, I was planning on a simple shake or Italian ice. But when I walked in and smelled brownies, that plan flew out the window. I ended up ordering some monstrosity called the«drownie brownie,» a warm brownie with two scoops of ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, etc. … well I should have had just one scoop, or maybe not even ordered it, because I ate only half and felt like I’d be sick. But it was amazingly delicious and I only stopped eating because I knew I’d be sick if I kept at it! Practically everything on the menu looked amazing, so since it’s so close to where we are staying, my friend and I will probably be back to try other stuff every day of our trip here. This is what vacation is all about! :)

the locals rave about it, the line can be out the door, cool atmosphere, friendly service, I go there, I enjoy it, but am I raving about it, not really. They have everything you need on the menu, they feature Hershey ice cream, but I have yet to distinguish what sets this place apart from the other ice cream options in the area. Maybe it’s as simple as they try harder and offer more options?

This place is like the Disneyland for ice cream fanboys and fangirls! Tons of awesome flavors and so many different ways to have them as far as sundae/cone creations. Open til midnight in a town where everything closes earlier than I’d like, and the cherry on top(I’m allowed to use bad puns in this instance… It’s an ice cream place review.) is how cool the people who work there are. Case in point… There I was about to fire off some quarters to complete my nostalgia fix with some gumball machine toys, cause it’s not everyday you run across a gumball machine that has FAMILYGUY toys(Yes, that is something that exists!) when I saw a little girl upset at the fake mustache machine that only had one left in it. Everybody has had this happen at least once in their life where you put in the coins for the last one and get nothing. Just then an employee named Haley who was wiping down tables saw this happen and saw the little girls distress. After checking out what had happened and noticing that the last one was actually next to be dispensed, took her own money and got it for the girl who was so very thankful. Just seeing that would have earned this review six stars from me if it were possible. That blew me away so much I had to write about it here. This place gets it right on all counts. Awesome ice cream + awesome people = epic awesomeness!

We stumbled on Meyers and it’s our new fav for ice cream in the afternoons! Went 2x during our trip, would have gone every day if we found it sooner! LOT’S of ice cream flavor choices & sundae options. All different kinds of choc-dipped cones or just plain if you fancy that too… everything seemed very clean and we hardly even waited to get served with other customers around. Ice cream tasted FABULOUS! Cost wise, it was pretty good — $ 15 – 16 for 4 single scoop cones(fancy cones too). Scoops are huge!
