Was busy but like some of the other reviews this isn’t that great. I think there are much better places to eat breakfast. This place is like a truck stop but worse. Food wasn’t that great and table and utensils were dirty. Unlikely to go back — it was convenient to where we were staying.

This place has the best French toast I have ever had. No syrup needed. Ask for Pam, she was the best waitress.

It was open on Thanksgiving so that’s something. The service was great but the omelets were small, the hashbrowns were very plain, the pancake had the slight crunch of uncooked sugar grains. But it’s a tourist spots and the prices were good. What do you really expect? There are other choices, so we will look around, but a reasonable value when you don’t expect haute cuisine.

Although they were busy, we were seated right away and the server was very nice and attentive. My son ordered pancakes but had to send them back because there was paper stuck to them and put right in the stack! I think it was a wrapper like you’d use for sandwiches or to line a basket. Husband ordered the same and his were fine. My Hawaiian waffle was good but had clearly started out as a peanut butter waffle that had just been flipped over and had the pineapple and toppings added. That was an odd flavor combo. Clearly the kitchen crew needs some training on quality.

Food was delicious & the service the epitome of Southern Hospitality. Missi was a sweetheart although I wish she had advised me to only have 2 pumpkin pancakes; I couldn’t finish 3! They are fluffy, perfectly spiced, and served with homemade cinnamon butter. Just amazing! Add this to the list of «musts» when you’re in Myrtle Beach!

Great place for breakfast! Wide variety of choices. Donna was our waitress and she was amazing – a real hustler! The banana cream pancakes were yummy. We will definitely be back.

Service was excellent, friendly and true southern hospitality. Food was ok. I had steak and eggs and very salty. Bread delivered was dry and stale.

Great service and food. Cinnamon Raisin French Toast shown. I heard that they had the best French Toast and they do. Love the cinnamon butter too.

This is the best breakfast… period! Ask for Donna, she will take care of you. The butter is sooooo good. Fresh, local, better than home. Never had a bad meal… ever! Did I mention the butter?

Hands-down the best diner in the area. Excellent service, wide range of options, generous portions, reasonable prices, delicious food, and unique ambience. If you’re feeling brave, try the liver mush. It’s surprisingly delicious!

Clean clean! Even the restrooms. The staff is fantastic and made us feel right at home. I spilled a water and they came running. Food was great except for the hash browns. My husband is a cream snob so if you ask for real milk they will bring it. We will be back.

Excellent place for breakfast. The other omega pancake houses in Myrtle Beach don’t do anything for me this one the food and service was always perfect.

We brought our softball team here after a game. They were able to seat 25 people pretty quickly despite the restaurant being decently busy. Overall the place is cute and the staff is nice. Or did came or fairly quickly(especially for the size of our group). Don’t get the Eggs Benedict. The Hollandaise sauce is terrible. Breakfast burrito was just okay. Those that got pancakes were pleased(and of course commented«who comes to a pancake place and orders anything other than pancakes?»). Overall 3 stars.

Awesome breakfast here on our drive from Myrtle Beach down to Huntington Beach State Park. Our waitress was so nice! Food was great and portions large and not very expensive. This was the one bright spot among all the crappy restaurants we ate at in Myrtle Beach. Definitely not a foodie town.

There are many breakfast places in Surfside Beach and they are all about the same in my opinion. It is called a Pancake House for a reason, so ordering the pancakes is always a safe bet. They are huge so there is more than enough to share. The pecan pancakes are especially good because the pecans are mixed inside instead of just being on top. The cinnamon butter is a nice addition, but it makes it almost too sweet for me when the syrup gets added. They also have really good cheeseburgers; not overcooked, lots of cheese and toppings are fresh. I liked the fries better when they served crinkle fries but they are still crispy. The Greek Patty Melt is also yummy. It is very cheesy and the tzatziki sauce is good. Don’t expect much for décor or cleanliness. The syrup dispensers are sticky and I think there are only 5 bottles of ketchup for the whole place, so they will pick it up from another table when you ask for it. But the waitresses are always nice and the food comes out quick… which says a lot when they get packed during breakfast time.

Good but standard diner fare. Our family of 6 had breakfast there on a Monday morning and the wait staff was excellent — started us with coffee and water then stopped by the table in 5 minute intervals to see if we were ready to order. After about 10 minutes, we were ready. We ordered a variety of breakfast items … the pancakes were good as was the french toast. The bacon was a little bit over cooked and was probably in a warmer since it came out warm but not hot. Their butter is mixed with sugar and cinnamon which borders on too sweet — but is on the side. The pork sausage patties were a highlight — perfectly cooked and seasoned. The hash browns were also perfectly cooked — crispy, well seasoned and hot. The turkey sausage didn’t have a lot of flavor and was a little dry. Service was excellent, food was standard diner fare and price was slightly on the higher end for diner fare — but not outrageous.

When we stay at Ocean Lakes, Omega is always on the list for breakfast! The omega special,($ 5.95) 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, and choice of 2 sausage patties OR bacon strips is my favorite! Staff is friendly and efficient! As long as I will come to the beach, Omega will be my breakfast place!
