Stay away from this store. My wife purchased a brand new Samsung Galaxy S6 and about 23 to 24 days later it lost it’s network signal and you could not make any calls on it. When we returned to the store the employee said we had flashed the phone and it had voided the warranty and there was nothing they could do about it. The phone was never out of our hands where someone would have been able to flash it. He gave us the address of a metro pcs corporate office to take the phone to. When my wife went looking for the store they had given her the wrong address and she wasted a couple hours just finding the store. When she finally found it they also would not do anything about it. When I returned to the store in Surfside to tell them about her visit to the corporate store, the young man said we had never gone to the coporate store and that we were lying. I asked him to have his manager or owner contact me and they never did. Also I’d like to mention when she purchased the phone they told her they were throwing in the protective case at no charge but they were unable to provide a receipt at that time because there was a problem with the computer. She returned on 2 other occassion for the receipt but they still were not able to provide one. Finally, on one of our last visits there where I had become irate they finally were able to produce a receipt and it showed they had charged for the protective case. This store made no effort to help us and accussed us of lying on 2 occassion. This is a top of the line cell phone that was less than 30 days old, you would think they would have tried to help us in some way.
