Ever heard the expression «you can’t polish a turd»? Well that’s exactly what the seller was trying to do. My wife and I thought we were getting a great house, that is until Jeff showed up to do the home inspection. Jeff was so thorough going through the house top to bottom, that when he walked us through the house when he was done we quickly realized we were making a big mistake. Need a total jerk to come inspect your home and do a half crap job?! This guy is NOT for you! After hearing about everyone elses nightmares about their realtors, inspectors, mortgage company, we were nervous about what we were getting, ESPECIALLY because the price I found was LITERALLY the best in town! To my amazement, Jeffrey Garay was early, thourough, accurate, and so very helpful! His reports were speedy and clean, and he crawled around my attic and roof with ninja skill precision. He let us know everything we wanted to know, answered all of our questions, and spent all the time we needed going over his findings. My only regret is I cant buy another house foe him to inspect for me, but I will make sure to refer him to EVERYONE I KNOW!

Jeffery was very thorough and honest in his inspection, I am a new home buyer and didn’t really know what to look for as far as what is wrong in a house. Jeff made the process very easy and pain free. Also he was the most affordable home inspector in the surprise area for $ 225 for a 1600 square foot home inspection. I called three other places and they quoted me $ 280 to $ 350 for an inspection. So for the the quality of his home inspection you definitely get more bang for your buck. He also came by my work and answered every question I had about the home inspection and made it easy to understand and gave me money saving solutions for fixing what is wrong with the home I’m buying. The process of home buying is a hard, exausting, and stressful. When it came to a home inspection I was hesitant since I was new to the process. A good friend recomended AZ tech home inspections and I was not disappointed.
Our home inspector, Jeffrey if I remember correctly. Was very knowledgeable about everything about the home. I received a very well put together report that outlined everything in the house. Jeffrey was very proffessional and courteous. If I buy any more propertys I would definitely use AZ tech home inspections.
