Our home has a unit that is about ten years old, we called Ken to get an inspection and a cleaning. He showed up on time, did excellent work and made us fans for life. We gladly signed up for the maintenance plan which is going to save us hundreds of dollars a year while giving us the asset of knowing our heating and cooling are well-maintained and running at optimum efficiency. Good people!

We thought our fan motor was burned out. They could have easily agreed with us but after they checked, it was only a loose wire left by another company. The price for repair was very reasonable. I would have to say they are Professional, on time, respectful, and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

Hottest week of the summer and this is when my upstairs A/C unit goes out. I tried calling a couple of other companies and they were not able to come till tomorrow. I remembered getting a flyer in my valpak with so A/C companies and decided to try calling Baker. He answered and said he could be their in a couple of hours.
He showed up as promised and we straight to work. Figured out the problem, had the park and completed the work in under an hour. My A/C is back up and working and I think the upstairs will be a good temp for us to all sleep good tonight.

My AC stopped blowing cool air and we found Ken through Google and contacted him. He came within an hour and knew what the problem was right away and fixed it on the spot.
