A subpar Dollar Tree clone with poor customer service.
Was really excited to checkout this store as we just moved to the area. Needed some balloons for a party and made a quick stop in. Only one employee working (believe it might have been the owner/​manager), which was ok, I wasn’t in a hurry. Asked if there was any more of a particular balloon and got a stern and rude, «What ya see is what ya get lady.» He seemed friendly to some other people ahead of me? During checkout he was sighing as if my purchase was like pulling teeth to him. I managed to leave saying, «Have a great day.» And got a grunt which sounded like early man’s first attempt at speech. Since moving to Surprise we’ve had pretty great customer service from the local businesses, but of course there will always be the occasional dud in the neighborhood. Would not recommend.
