I ordered from this place prior to the holidays. I ordered this for a gift/treat for the employees of my gym… especially for the people during my workout session. I was relying on delivery in a timely manner considering the store is 1.8 miles from my gym. True, I did not order a ‘rush’ delivery. But this gym was a short distance away ! The delivery persons pass here dozens of times a day. Anyways, actual delivery was at 2 p.m. — after my session(11:45a– 1:30p) and still enjoyed by the staff and persons — after my session. So, I did not get a chance to enjoy it. I called the store and customer service was truly rude and I was to be contacted my the manager after the holidays. No call as of yet. If I spend 80 bucks… I expect some better customer service.

Had a delivery sent on one day and the next day it wasn’t worth feeding anyone. Had to be tossed as it was totally dried out even after wrapping well and putting it into the frig. Fruit was shriveled and tough. When I called, all I was told was oh, I’m sorry. Never took my phone number or even let me speak to a manager. Don’t ever buy from the Surprise store. It’s terrible that people pay top dollar for this and they get shafted. Shame on you!

i had ordered«the best valantines day gift» to be delivered to my girlfriend because i unfortunately had to work 10hours on valantines day. first the delivery driver called her, well before the delivery so it was not a surprise as i intended, that is somewhat understandable. But upon her calling me to thank me i asked how she liked the bear, ballons, note etc. none of which was included in the delivery. it was suppose came with a bear, a personalized note, baloons, and the arrangments. this is my first time being a customer and had an awful expirience with 75% of my order missing. i called the store and was on hold for the majority of the time, with a total call length of 15+ min on the phone. they came back and said we can give you $ 20 credit back to your card, thats less than 16% of what i spent for 75% of my order being missing. very disatisfied and would not reccomend!
