I used Paul’s services during Taxseason when I was working 16 hours a day. Every week he prepared different portion controlled meals that I could just microwave at meal time. I like chicken, turkey, beef, veggies and NO fish. My meals were foods I enjoyed. Paul also prepared snacks in snack bags. Some in the refrigerator and others in a basket on my kitchen counter. I could just grab and go. This was done on a weekly basis, my meals were always different, delicious and I managed to lose some lbs, by eating healthy portioned controlled meals. Thank you Paul, Carol
