This is a very nice Kohls. It is clean and has lots of selection. It’s nice that it is right behind my house and the fact that it is a stand alone store in a random neighborhood, keeps the bad elements out. I know this store chain isn’t really known for its ghetto people such as a Walmart might, but even the Kohls in bell road just a few minutes away is a bit more ghetto than this one is. Plus the parking lot is a great place for driving practice for new drivers.

Love this location!!!
I went in this last Thursday and purchased quite a bit of clothing and checked out using a 20% off coupon of $ 100 or more.
The next day I downloaded the app and found out I could have saved even more money and should have signed up for the rewards program.
So I went back on Friday, they let me refund my entire purchase and then applied a $ 10 off coupon and then did the 20% off coupon again. I earned $ 30 in Kohls cash and over 100 points to start my rewards (which turns into $ 5 for every 100 points!)
I can’t wait to go back next week and use my $ 30 kohls cash and then a week later go and redeem $ 15 worth of reward points! And who knows what coupons will be available then!

i just left this kohls. i was going to purchase a lg soundbar. it said soundbar and tower on sale for $ 59.99 once i got to the register it range up $ 179.99 i even went and got there display with price. well sad to say they disnt honor it because there display said bluetooth which it was. so we left it. the samsung was cheaper at $ 119.but they should have honored there display. now that just made me have a bad experience at this kohls :-(

Very negative experience — went to purchase a Fitbit which was on sale, it was classic bait and switch — after the manager agreed to honor the online price «this time only» asked me if I was buying anything else — when I said no, she said she could no longer honor the sale price due to the «system» — I call BS. Even though this store is right down the street from me, I’d rather drive the 20 minutes to Target. I wouldn’t spend another dime at Kohls!

Don’t have anything in stock. Ever! Need more kiosk at least to order it online! It’s free shipping only in store kiosk and not online. Horrible organization of clothes.

I’ve been to this location many times. I had a great experience with customer service tonight, at this location. I bought 3 bar stools online. I put together one of them and it was too tall for my bar. I brought all 3 into the store and they returned them with no problem. I ended up spending another $ 50+ while I was there. This makes the 2nd time I’ve had a great customer service experience with Kohl’s in general. Definitely one of my fave retail stores.

This used to be my favorite location I live very close to the other one in surprise but I travel all the way over here because I really enjoyed the store.
I shop you’re constantly here and spend probably a few hundred in the past month if not more and the manager refused to let me use my Khols cash today without even knowing that I couldn’t return the item no one told me that when I returned it that i would loose it!!! Very poor customer service the girl at the register was very sweet but the manager was a complete jerk I will never ever return to the store again or my family!

I love Kohls. My favorite place to clothes shop. Always have good deals. Love the Apt. 9 brand and you always have a selection of clearance shoes. Keep it ip!!!

This Kohl’s is a fantastic treasure in Surprise versus the store located on Bell Rd. The staff is polite and helpful, the store is CLEAN and the clothes are even on the proper hangers! Although it’s still important to make sure to check the size on the hanger versus the actual size of the item, you are less likely to have an error at this store than the one on Bell Rd.
I honestly hesitate to review this place so highly because I don’t want it to get overrun but I can’t help but gush about it.

Of the two stores in suprise, this one is the best. Polite and helpful employees, much better organized and stocked products.
The parking here is great, as they do not share a lot in a busy shopping center andthe store is less busy.

This is a hidden treasure. It is always clean, the staff is very nice and helpful. A big bonus is that it is not that busy. I prefer to shop here than most other department stores.

I purchased a pair of shoes for work & after wearing them for a week decided to return them (they hurt my feet). I lost my receipt & expected to run into problems, however I’m happy to report that it went smoothly! The young lady at customer service simply entered our debit card number into their system & pulled up the actual transaction. The young lady was very friendly & helpful as well. She explained the changes they’ve made with regards to Kohls cash & coupons etc. I LOVE this store & would recommend it to everyone.

This Kohl’s is a hidden little gem :)
It’s a bit out of the way, there’s nothing really around there yet, except for a Chase bank & a Wendy’s… so basically everything you need when you go shopping, lol!
This location is always very clean, well stocked & there’s hardly ever any lines!
All of these things make it my favorite Kohl’s location: D
