I hate to give LensCrafters this review, because I’ve always had a great experience at other LensCrafters location. The employees at the at the front are great and seems like they value customer satisfaction. The Dr. Who did our exam was great as well. However, the two ladies who work for the doctor doesn’t seem to be properly trained and need to go through basic customer service. I called to let them know that they forgot to give me the rest of my contacts. I asked if it was okay for them to mail it out. Just from the tone of her voice, she didn’t seem interested in helping out. When she asked about mailing it out, she told me it would be okay. I asked if they would follow up with me and all I got was a «yep.» I said thank you and lady just hung up. I know that they are separate from the main LensCrafters, but if LensCrafters has them in their building, they should have the same quality in customer service.

I was away from home and needed assistance with new glasses which were not purchased at LensCrafters. I asked them to check the glasses just to see if they matched the prescription as ordered, because I was having difficulty using new progressive lenses. LensCrafters took the time to educate me thoroughly on how to use progressive lenses properly. I never expected this kind of exceptional service. Everyone working there we very helpful and in the end I wished I would have purchased the glasses at this outstanding business. Highly recommended!

I love this place! From Dr Le who checked my eyes to Joseph & Sarah who helped me with the frames. I picked up my clear glasses today & the prescription is right on! I had to get trifocals (ugh!) but I’ve never been able to see so clearly.

I walked into Lens Crafters to look at frames. They had a large selection of women’s frames. From the very basic to high dollar glam. The doctor was available then. I got my eyes examined then. As it turned out I had almost perfect far vision. Near sighted my eyes needed correction. They were honest and told me that I only needed over the counter reading glasses. They did not try to sell me prescription glasses. They did give me a written prescription. Lens Crafters offers discounts to AARP members. This discount made the exam cheaper than Walmart or Sam’s Club. Very nice staff. Helpful and knowledgable.

Great new location! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The general manager, Joseph, immediately greeted me and offered to repair and clean my glasses at no charge while I looked around the store at their wide selection of glasses and sunglasses.
