McDonald’s

The customers always… wrong? My order was made wrong and the response was «that’s not what the screen says.» I hand over my receipt and the response was «I can’t read this, the ink is faded.»
Bottom line, Listen when I order and key it into the computer correctly. Otherwise fix it or give me a refund. I don’t appreciate being made to feel like I’m the one who did something wrong. Although maybe I did, I went to McDonald’s…

The only reason I go to the McDonald is for my daughter to play on the playground and it’s right by my house, just about every time I’ve been here they mess up my order and the front end staff are very rude and will ignore my questions and pretend I’m not there, also the service is VERY slow and they still mess it up if it wasn’t so close I would not go here

Its McDonald’s! What do you expect? Workers that believe they deserve $ 15.00 per hour. But will get your order wrong most of the times.
When you decide to eat at McDonald’s, you know what you’re getting. Nothing special, not healthy, but it’s not intended to be. Service here is not to bad. We only come here for their ice cream. Kids love it. Had to ask for napkins, other than that it was OK.

Slow slow slow. They really need to put a different girl at the counter taking orders. The girl in the evenings has ZERO personality and an attitude.

The food is what it is. However, DO NOT buy their fountain drinks! Undrinkable. Consistently Horrible dirty taste. We went there for breakfast this morning and waited for more then 15 minutes, inside for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and two sausage biscuits. They seem to care more about their drive thru. Witch moves at a snails speed at best. That’s why I thought going inside was a better idea. Wrong! Their were only 3 people inside waiting, and waiting, and waiting for food. Then when I finally went to ask for my food. They had no clue that it had been sitting on the front counter getting cold. Just not worth the visit. AND FAST FOOD EMPLOYEES ARE FIGHTING FOR $ 15 AN HOUR. NO!

90% of the time I hate going to this mc Donald’s. One because when I go through the drive thru it takes soooooooooooooooo long honestly it’s annoying and it’s been this way since forever I’ve lived over here since I was in 6^th grade and nothing has changed. Two there’s always something wrong with my order.

Worst customer service and un friendly environment Mc Donalds I’ve ever been in. All other Employees ignore that I was there and needed something never coming back to this location what a shame

The customer service at the pay station was great all because she smiled !
It makes for a better experience when you get to interact with the working class with a smile :)
Good job. If I would have thought to get her name I would have called her manager down and commended her.

Ordered three double cheese burgers with no pickles and nor mustard with a large Dr. Pepper. I needed up with a diet coke. And three cheese burgers with mustard. With labels on them saying what they should be.

I believe your review from charlotte o is from a competing limo company of mine. I think its a fake review to make her review on my page look real. Youve always given me great service. Id look further into her review if you havent already. businesses like his are sad and help nobody. Its a shame that an employee of yours mightve been coached on this fake incident. This McDonald’s could not get an order right if their lives depended on it. For example, cream and sugar are two different things! This little mix up has happened at least a dozen times. Not going back any more.

I will not be a customer of this location again. Every time I come ice cream machine is always down. It’s dirty to point of being afraid to sit on a seat and getting stuck. Employees are rude and really don’t care except if it about their personal life

Wish I could give this place NO STARS! They continue to drop the ball on customer service and food quality. I mean you can’t expect much from McDonald’s period these days but GEEZE! This place is a joke! They manage to mess up the simplest orders and then proceed to give as much attitude as possible when correcting any issue. This location needs to go back to the drawing board! Send the whole staff back to McDonald’s university so they can be retrained on EVERYTHING!!! If you are tempted to stop here think twice and if it’s not too far go to the McDonalds inside of Walmart at El Mirage and Thunderbird it’s much better.

DO NOT DRIVE AWAY WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR ORDER! And the reason why I’m yelling is so you don’t miss this lol. This place is terrible. Horrible management; staff is very inexperienced; food is 3 out of 10; «pull up and we will bring you the food» 20 minutes later. Get the drift?!? This place is no good.

You know that gross taste way too old iced tea has ??? Well that is what i got from here. I know if that happens they aren’t fallowing their labeling and dumping the old stuff rules. Most McDonald’s don’t have that problem. Also the hubby ordered an iced coffee and it had like 5 ice cubes, warm iced coffee yuck !!

It’s Mc Donalds! I can lay in bed, check in and write a review. Literally, it is that close! Ha Ha! Much like the reviews people leave for Denny’s and other lower end eating facilities that make them sound like they are supposed to be 4 star, this isnt going to happen with me. Its fries, shakes and imitation burgers — I lived in Napa, I know the difference now!
So yes, its newer. Its almost always busy, the next closest drive thru Mc Donalds is up the road — oh, and they are building a new one at Reems and Greenway.

I eat at McDonalds… I grew up on happy meals :) Every so often I feel like having the Mcdonald fries (when I am having my cheat meal).
In review of this Mcdonalds I sometimes avoid this one and go to another so I can enjoy my fries and food! This is the closest one to my house, but when I have a McDonalds craving I would like to have «good» McDonalds.
I want salty, lightly greased fries, this McDonalds always lacks salt, dry fries, and most of the time they are give me luke warm fries. By the time I get home, the fries are cold? I live within a mile of this one! If you are looking to enjoy some McDonalds fries this McDonalds never seems to get the taste right and I avoid it when I get that craving… If you want salt less fries, cold buns on your burger visit this McDonalds.

This is the closest McDonalds by my house so out of convenience we go here most of the time. It always feels like the fries are old. And McDonalds fries are my favorite, so it kills me that the ones at the McDonalds are so bad. I hope they improve, but if they did then I would just be compelled to eat there more often. Maybe they are actually doing me a favor by not making their fries too delicious?

The food is exactly the same as any other McD’s, so what I’m rating is the service. It’s not great!
My number 1 pet peeve at a drive through is when you pull up & sit there without being acknowledged for what seems like an ETERNITY. Is it really that hard to say, «I’ll be with you in a moment»? Apparently at this establishment it is.
The other thing this particular restaurant has done quite often is get some part of my order wrong. I ask for Dr. Pepper, I get Coke. It’s little stuff, but still not what I asked & paid for.

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with this McDonalds. The food is exactly the same as every other McDonalds. It’s good. I like to go there for breakfast once in awhile.
But what really impressed me about this McDonalds is the actual establishment? It’s HUGE! with a humongous kids play area. Nice chairs. a little corner to hang out in. Stands to play video games at. And this place is pretty clean :)
Just look at the pictures. This has got to be one of the NICEST McDonalds I’ve been in. The other cool one is the McDonalds at Knotts Berry Farm in Buena Park, CA. :)
