Olson Glass & Mirror

My son cracked his bedroom window. I called and emailed around for estimates (everyone was pretty much the same.) Chose Olson because of Eric’s prompt response and what I read about his history in the industry through his webpage.
Completely happy with my decision. Eric was a great guy and did excellent work!

Short story is I was moving and old tv, tripped on the cable, and broke the window. Being middle of summer, the 108 degree weather seeping into the house instantly made us uncomfortable and of course a monsoon decides to hit as well making it miserably humid.
This happened on a Sunday night and I had no clue who to call. I looked up places online and saw pricing for emergency replacements were $ 300+ for a single pane window.
I requested quotes from a few places and the first one to reply was Eric Olson. I replied back and received prompt replies and he was so great trying to work around our schedule. Monday they came and measured and then was able to replace the window Tuesday after I got home which was after hours for them.
Chase was the install tech who came out and he was able to remove the old glass, cut, and place the new window in about ten minutes. I expected to pay that instant but he left and then Eric called following up on how the repair went and how satisfied we were with the service. After speaking on the phone, he said he could take my card info over the phone and would email me the invoice for the transaction.
Great service, prompt communications, quick install, and all around great experience. I would recommend Eric and Olson Glass to anyone.
I’m still waiting on quotes from the other «24 hour» places…
