First time salon customer today (snowbird from Minnesota). My appointment was with Rosie and my cut was nothing less than perfect! I absolutely love what she did. I would definitely recommend her. All my future appointments will be with Rosie.

Finally wanting to color my hair again after so many years. Heard a new trend «balayage» that requires no maintenance, perfect! After searching around and reading reviews on Unilocal,finally made an appointment with Beatrice. She was really easy to talk to and sweet. She definitely delivered! My hair turns out great. Love it! I am very glad to have found this place and Beatrice.

Don’t know how I found Beatrice, but thankfully I did. She works magic on my long hair. I brought my 11 yr old to get her hair cut and so far so good. If you’re new to Surprise I recommend her for your hair needs. She’s very thorough, yet quick. My mother has tried other hair places around surprise and she’s always disappointed. Finally I’ve converted her to try Sanity. Beatrice does an amazing job. She won’t disappoint, she’s a sweet heart. Thanks for always taking care of my hair.

I love this place! My stylist Liza Harris was one of the most down-​to-​earth, outgoing stylists I’ve ever had. She also has over 20 years of hair-​cutting experience, so you should definitely go to her for your haircuts! The haircut I received from her was way better than my former Tony and Guy haircut and it was much cheaper, too! I won’t be visiting any other hair salon anytime soon!

I had a very good experience with Sanity. I called and got a next day appointment. My stylist was Beatrice. I received a shampoo (with scalp massage!), cut and style. I had previously received a horrible cut from another stylist in another state and Beatrice did an excellent job of fixing my hair. It looks wonderful! The salon was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. I would recommend this place to everyone!

I love working for Nicole at Sanity Salon and Spa! The whole staff is so friendly and so fun to work with. Shanna our manager helps keep the whole salon running smooth, she is fantastic at her job. If your looking for a full service salon with spa services this is the best place to be!

The salon is pretty and clean. Everyone is friendly. I go to Beatrice for my hair and she is great! I’ve been going to her for two years now and she is fabulous. I haven’t had a bad cut or color since I found her.
Not only is she a great stylist, she also takes the time to answer questions, shows me how to style a cut that is new to me, she even showed my daughter how to reapply the shocking blue streak because she knew it would fade.

I am beyond thrilled that I found this place!!! Previously I had been driving into Phoenix to a stylist that I had been going to for years. Decided I needed a change, took a chance and called Sanity. My stylist was Teresa Witten. My color turned out AMAZING!!! Best I’ve ever had! My cut is so good I literally just blow dry, hairspray and go. So happy!!!

Cherissa (not sure how she spells it) always does a great job cutting, coloring and styling my hair just the way I want it. Full service salon with a clean, relaxing environment. I’ve also been here for a massage and facial which were great! I’ve had my nails done here once and it was not as impressive as the other services. However, they have independent nail techs, so I imagine the quality varies.

I found the salon when searching for a salon after moving here — opted to go elsewhere to save a few bucks. Yes, I got what I paid for and for my second haircut decided to go to Sanity.
Very nice salon with very nice people. I was warmly greeted when I arrived and introduced to Mimi who gave me a very nice haircut. I’ll definitely go back.
The only thing that could be improved is the lighting which is a little dim.

Love this salon and have been going here since it opened. The owner is awesome! She does a great job running the salon. Always positive with and about her employees even when no one is around! I saw Mimi for year and she does a great job! I now see Nicole who is fantastic. Her hours seem to work better for me. Seems like the majority of people have worked there like forever. Just this year I seen some new faces. Highly recommend, but if you are new here I recommend making an appointment with a well seasoned employee who has been there awhile. I only have had my hair done here. Haven’t tried any of the other services. See lots of people getting their nails done and they seem very happy.

I haven’t gotten my hair done here, but have been in for massages and a manicure and pedicure. The manicure and pedicure were both very good, not amazing, but very good. The massage was also very good, although I must say the relaxation factor of the last massage was lost a little in the screams I could hear from women getting waxed in the room next door.
For me it just seemed a little over-​priced for the services when I have received just as good of services elsewhere for cheaper.
I do think that for one-​stop-​shop spa services it is definitely a better option than Dulce.
