Surprise Chiropractic

After having bad sciatic pain for about 2 months, my husband finally convinced me to
go and see Dr Verloop. Several visits later and almost all of the pain I was experiencing is gone! Great Doctor and very friendly staff.

I had optic migraines before I came in for an alignment. After 2 sessions, the migraines are gone. I like how I can check in and be done within a few minutes, no long wait.

Went to this place for about 3 months. Admittedly, my back problems subsided from the treatment I received from Dr. Verloop. However, customer service was somewhat of an issue. I can recall asking about exercises I could do to further resolve the issues I was having. Dr. Verloop recommended one or two things, but when I asked if there was anything else I could do, his reply was that I would need to pay ($) for additional advice. Time was also an issue and I felt as though I was hurried in and out. I stopped going to the office.
On a side note: His wife worked the front counter and was polite (no complaints there). She was very pleasant. Also, I received a birthday card from the office, which was a really nice gesture (albeit two years after I stopped going to the office).
Overall: The treatment helped, but the Dr.‘s people skills and impatience was an issue for me.
