I have stayed here several times renting different apartments. Staff are always friendly and helpful. John Caldamone goes out of his way to make sure guests are happy. Very knowledgeable of the area. Great location for taking drives to Sedona and the Grand Canyon on day trips. Apartments and pools have always been well kept. Will stay here again.

I’ve stayed here on and off since 1994, it’s always been a respite from living in cold weather during the winter and a nice place to cool down in the summer. The snow birds love visiting here, the management has always been more than graceful and accommodating. Always ask for John Caldamone or his wife as they have been here since the beginning. Their was financial hard ship during ⁹⁄₁₁ and 2008 and the recovery has been very good. I highly recommend for an evening or a life time. Their is a nice restaurant (I&J fountain) on property, shopping in almost all directions, a bistro about 3 blocks away called Birts Bistro– at night playing jazz/blues and it’s also a coffee/library during the day. Location is centralized and very large mall (arrowhead mall) several miles to the east otherwise everything seams to be getting better by the day. I highly recommend.

I’ve stayed here twice. The first time was a great experience but the second wasn’t as great. My (now ex) boyfriend and I got a room here for a weekend and most of the things in the kitchen were broken. There were two microwaves, one was broken and it looked like the second was too. Handles were broken off of the cupboards and it looked like there was mold in the bathroom shower. The first time I stayed here, the room was in good condition. I guess it depends on which room you get.
The rates are very reasonable, and better than most motels. These are condos and you get a full kitchen.
